@JARROD - Yeah, we all had fun with FastTrack in it's heyday. My (now ex) GF had at least 10K songs, all carefully elaborated into complex playlists. I've heard something that FastTrack is trying to make a relaunch (how pathetic could that be?!) but I wouldn't hold my breath on it. At the time of this publication, indeed this did work - whether or not it still does, I don't know. FastTrack will not take me away from a single iota of time from my acc. at What.cd.

BIFF - did you download it from our link on the sourceforge site, or from somewhere else? (Most) sourceforge files will not contain any spyware/adware - as the software listed there is "open source". If you searched for "Torrent Searcher" in Google (and downloaded one of those), you'll likely come across modified versions offered by software vendors that contain 3rd party addons. This is a common practice among unscrupulous vendors to derive revenue by hosting links to software titles.
I had no issues whatsoever with the sourceforge version - Mcafee and counterspy both noticed nothing out of the ordinary. If someone else could download and install it from the sourceforge website, let us know what happened!

I uninstalled this thing before i could even do the first search. WTF!!! daemon tools searchbar? what is WhenYouSearch.exe ? I had to kill that thing a dozen times before i was quick enough to delete the file.. so far ad-aware found 5 other things left behind from this. definitely following in the footsteps of krApzZzaa. Only god knows what's integrated in my system now, eek! I can't believe sourceforge actually hosts this. and using the word 'torrent' to lure unsuspecting newbies.
Evil!

QUASI: Yes, I believe it may just be. The difference is that this one actually connects to the FastTrack network, whereby (in our tests) KCeasy never could.

Wow, this sounds really cool. I'll download it now and see how it goes.

I too remember fondly the easy kazaa days of whatever song came to mind in an instant. Cheers!
