TorrentLeech is quickly becoming one of the most coveted private BitTorrent accounts for any BT fan. With unrivaled speed and amazing pre-times, TL offers 0day/0sec torrents in all categories. While never open publicly to new signups, invites are handed out to qualifying members on a regular basis. TL is also one of the most used private trackers - there are a ton of seeders and leechers so uploading to other TL members isn’t all that difficult, either (a seedbox helps, but isn’t mandatory like some other trackers). New members have a 48-hour ‘wait time’ before the torrent becomes active - once a sharing ratio hits 0.4 this goes away.

It goes without saying: Blackcats-Games is all about the games - be it console, Windows or Linux releases. It’s a real ’sceners’ tracker - this is reflected in their pre-times that are often in the seconds/minutes for popular scene releases, not far behind ScT’s. SCC also has a cool feature that displays the upcoming TV shows for the day - users can expect these torrents in a matter of minutes after the original airing. Look to their newly-added “Archives” section for permanent freeleech torrents.

With a tiny base of just 8,000 registered members - Trance Traffic is a hot ticket that specializes in all genres of trance music. Almost never open to new members, and invites are seldom handed out to the existing ones. Not that you’ll be able to use your invites when the site is full, anyways. Good luck getting in to this elite tracker.

ScT
ScT probably has the best content of any of the 0Day/0sec trackers, with the best pre-times as well. There’s a whole whack of freeleech to choose from among their 23,000 torrents (all ‘packs’ and non-”pre” releases are free). ScT is also the speediest of all the trackers (IMHO) - as it’s the only private tracker that regularly allows me to max out my download bandwidth on most torrents. Uploading is a big problem for non-seedbox members - you’ll definitely be needing one if you wish to survive on ScT. Be sure to check out their fabulously jam-packed forums and tutorials - we can’t say enough good things about this tracker! Invites work on a pay-system — registered members who want invites can purchase them:
- 20 Euro = 1 invite
- 30 Euro = 2 invites
- 50 Euro = 4 invites

Since its initial startup in July of 2006, LeechersLair has been one of BitTorrent’s best-kept secrets, being around for over 2 years now. It’s a good low-level tracker (if you’re into tracker ‘ratings’) with decent speeds and tons of active users, so keeping a ratio is quite easy. Frequent freeleech as well makes this site a good place to start in the private tracker realm.

BitSoup is a dinosaur in a world of new-age private BT trackers, but don’t let its age dissuade you. With a sky-high Alexa rank of 3,964, BitSoup has proven itself as a steadfast BitTorrent behemoth. While there are no ‘invites’, the site boasts a modest membership of 100,000 and prunes unused accounts after a lengthy 42 days, thus briefly (and occasionally) opening for new signups.
Like many private sites, BitSoup members should keep their ratios up to 1.0, or else a waiting period will be enforced on downloads.

BIT-HDTV.com
BIT-HDTV is one of the most difficult trackers for new users to register with. Never open to public signups, you’ll need to get in through one of their scarcely awarded invites. With a very small limit of 10,000 users (truth be told, they have 14,000) plus an additional 17,000 ‘invited’ members - invites are given to existing members under strict provisions.
BIT-HDTV has a karma “bonus” system where you gain points for things like seeding and uploading torrents - users can cash them in for various bonuses on the site. Freeleech and 2x uploading is commonly offered.

eBook Vortex has to be the smallest site in the bunch. With a miniscule membership list of only 3,000 (and perhaps an additional 4,700 due to invites), we wish anyone luck getting in. And if you DO get in, we’ve no idea how to increase those upload ratios - there’s 7,500 seeds and only 98 leechers. They badly need to open the doors and let in some new blood.

what is the point of these sites if they never expand. A closed system means it’s just a friends site. So getting ‘new’ blood (new resources) is very limited.

All the frickin elearning trackers have problems with keeping good ratios (Because the seed to leech ratio is too high), even bitme. It’s a shame really because the whole tracker red tape is interfering with the goal of just fucking sharing information. They should adjust their rules, something like what SceneHD does/did where they would only count half of the download traffic given that HD releases are usually pretty big.

Beware of bitsoup.org, after over 2 years of solid membership, and many monetary donations, I was banned, I was accused of sending threatening PM’s to a member, which I did not do, Talked to the sysop’s on IRC ,they were rude and would not even entertain the idea that it was not me, I thought maybe my account was hijacked, but I only use bitsoup on one box, scans with many anti-malware and virus scanners showed no key-loggers or malicious software. So either the PM’s existed or it was someone internal to bitsoup. Be careful, they will take the money and run.

if you are talking about speedy downloads of torrents.. you should also mention the number of trackers coz it will give consistency any a higher speed rate if any particular torrent site is busy or down..

you should also the process of adding tracker to your download file and finding them over othr torrent site
