Get Invited to Private Trackers at GetInvites.org

Recently-launched GetInvites.org is a great new service dedicated to sharing and receiving private tracker invites.

How It Works

Easy. Sign up, and start requesting invites. GetInvites employs a ‘Karma’ system for user rankings. Simply put, members who have more Karma go higher up in the list for each invite request. Karma is built by fulfilling other members’ requests - the more requests you fill, the higher your Karma ranking.

If you’re already somewhat established in the private tracker community, it shouldn’t be difficult at all for you to build up Karma at GetInvites. There are so many low-level tracker listings to choose from - you’ll be able to fill requests quite easily. Some of the ‘easier-to-fill’ popular invite requests include Torrent-Damage, Demonoid, BitSpyder, Pretome, STMusic & TorrentBytes.

Filling Requests:

1.Browse through the tracker list - you’ll notice email addresses of the top Karma-ranked members for each request. To keep things fair, select a member from the Top 5. Click on one of the email addresses, and leave this page open.

2.In a new tab or browser page, login to your private tracker, and navigate to your "invite" page. Copy/paste an email address from Step 1, and send out the invitation.

3.After sending the invite, go back to GetInvites, and click on the button that says, "Click here once you have sent the invitation". The member that you sent the invite to will receive two emails - one of which obviously being the invitation from your private tracker, and the second one from GetInvites to which he/she will acknowledge the invite, and add a positive feedback point to your Karma.

Does It Really Work?

Yes. If you’re looking to break into the private BitTorrent scene by starting out with some low-level trackers, you’ll be able to pick something up relatively quickly. Looking for a more elusive invite? That may take weeks. It all depends on the number of users, your Karma, and how many requests there are for each tracker. However, it does work - just check out the amazing stats below for how many invite giveaways have been fulfilled. In just a few short weeks since they’ve been around, 568 people have received an invitation to Demonoid through GetInvites. And the numbers are rising fast.

Tracker Invites Fulfilled
Demonoid 568
What.cd 67
Waffles 27
TorrentLeech 79
ScT 19
SCC 12
BitMeTV 16
BitMe 42
DigitalHive 13
Torrent-Damage 13
STMusic 24
RevTT 6

Some Tips:

— Use a fresh gmail account when signing up with GetInvites. Hotmail and Live email accounts will automatically report the signup confirmation message as spam, so check your spam folder if using one of these. Yahoo is not recommended, as they tend to block signup emails.

— Like everything else, there is a potential for scammers and exploits. View the Karma for a member first before sending out an invite. Remember, Karma comes in two flavours - good and bad.

— Never use the same username / email address that you used on GetInvites for your private tracker accounts. This includes any existing trackers you have, and future ones. Play it smart.

When I request an invite, it doesn’t add my e-mail to the list. Been having this problem for around a fortnight now….

A good one for invites is Mashable - they have a mixture of different sites but offer invites for S*L, FTN, Waffles, What.cd and IndieTorrents.

    RE: Dave’s comment.

You will not see your e-mail address but it will get listed when site says you made request. It will be seen by all others. Your comment may explain why so many people’s e-mail adresses keep showing up multiple times under the same request, I guess if they don’t see it , they assume it isn’t there- but be assured it is viewable to others.

im not to sure i like this its a great idea just like invite share but it needs to be just a tad bit more secure. it would take me all of 2 minutes to code a bot to connect via winsock and parse all the emails off the site and start sending everyone gay porn.

I dont want to rain on anyones parade i just hope they take my advice on hiding emails or securing how many emails can be viewed in a session. Also i dont like the idea that you can click to view site.

Many sites like FTWR are very private and out of respect they dont want “nubs” to find there hideout. And i know anyone with common sense can google to find the domain.. but lets be serious how many people acutally think? I dont know if the Sysops over at these sites will care much for this and you might be starting something bad :(

bot those are just my thoughts and i think if you fix those 2 issues your site will do very very well.

I have get an invite from UreAdouche too. But I got banned inside 5 minutes. Because, what.cd doesn’t allow members who get invites from public places.
