This is a hobby. If you can't set up and manage a site on your own or with the help of friends/staff, you shouldn't be starting a tracker. Attaching monetary values to these type of things encourages situations like the "funfile regime" where theres one owner in charge of $$ and he hounds the users for it constantly but doesn't invest anything back into the community (and rarely even visits his own site).
