Libble.com Switches Over To Gazelle Codebase

Libble.com took a big step forward and upgraded their noticeably dated tracker to Gazelle. This is something that they’ve been contemplating for a couple of months now, and most users have been supportive of the change. The main advantage of Gazelle is the improved sorting & tagging (with torrent groups and artist pages), as well as a massive performance increase. Perhaps this is something that will finally allow Libble to expand a little bit.

What.cd Libble.com

While Libble has always been labeled as a smaller music tracker (compared to What & Waffles), but Libble focuses heavily on new releases, something most fans and users already know.

The transition to Gazelle was nearly seamless - here’s the new login screen:

You’ll get to the next screen where you’ll have an opportunity to reset your stats (wipe your ratio) for those who have a sub-par sharing ratio. Click "migrate" to finish the move.

If you have any existing Libble torrents, you won’t need to re-download the *.torrent files in order to keep seeding. Simple restart your BitTorrent client, and they should automatically update. Additionally, if you prefer more of a classic look to Libble, edit your profile and turn OFF the "Torrent Grouping":

To celebrate the move over to Gazelle, all FLAC torrents are freeleech.
