Complete List Of Torrent Seedbox Services - Part I
January 19, 09 by sharky 22,794 viewsThis is likely the most comprehensive assembly of torrent-ready seedbox companies and services you will find on the interwebs. Whether you’re looking for a ready-to-go dedicated or shared seedbox with TorrentFlux, uTorrent WebUI, or even rtorrent - you’ll find a solution here. There are pros and cons to what each provider offers, in which we try to address - many packages come with unlimited torrents, although the tradeoff is a monthly bandwidth usage cap. Others have limits on the number of active torrents, but the bandwidth throughput is uncapped/unmetered.
Due to WordPress limitations, we needed to break this article down into three distinct pages. Part I is below; and here’s Part II and Part III.
Dedicated do-it-yourself seedbox providers (such as OVH and Leaseweb) are not included in this list - see our Dedibox & VPS Seedbox article for a list of such providers. Providers listed here are typically known as resellers of the dedicated services.
Provider: SeedboxHosting.com
BT Interface: Default: rTorrent (wTorrent) but TorrentFlux-b4rt & uTorrent are available upon request.
Connection: Dedicated 1 Gbit (shared).
Price: Starting at $37/mo; $57 & $97.
Hard Drive Storage: 80, 300, & 650 GB.
# of Torrents: unlimited.
Access To Files: sftp, ftp, http, and Rsync (depending on chosen BT GUI). As well as NX access to uTorrent boxes.
Monthly Bandwidth Usage: unlimited data transfer.
Watch out for: nothing, great service.
About: With SeedboxHosting, you’re actually getting your own VPS. Users are able to reboot their server, and even access the TFlux admin (and superadmin) privileges, even create multiple accounts (to share the cost burden with friends). Your seedbox is ready for you to use as soon as you pay for it. They also servers complete with custom tools to set up disk quotas when adding multiple accounts (read more here).
Provider: TorrentSwift
BT Interface: TorrentFlux-b4rt
Connection: 100 Mbit and 1 Gbit.
Price: Starting at $15/mo, up to $400.
Hard Drive Storage: 15 GB to 1500 GB.
# of Torrents: all plans come with an unlimited # of active torrents.
Access To Files: ftp, http
Monthly Bandwidth Usage: varies, see below.
Watch out for: Bandwidth usage cap on some of the cheaper packages.
About: TorrentSwift offers some very sweet dedicated servers, beginning at $100/month, with up to 1500 GB hard drive space and 8 GB RAM. Note that their cheaper shared plans ($15) have a bandwidth limit, starting at 250 GB/mo (which anyone can use up extremely fast). Heavy torrenters should opt for a plan from their "Private Unmetered" packages, starting at $40.
Provider: ProSeedbox.com
BT Interface: wTorrent/rtorrent.
Connection: 100 Mbit and 1 Gbit.
Price: $9.90/mo. to $149/mo.
Hard Drive Storage: 10 to 200 GB.
# of Torrents: 5 to unlimited.
Access To Files: FTP, http.
Monthly Bandwidth Usage: unmetered, unlimited on all accounts.
Watch out for: Small torrent limit & storage on their cheaper plans.
About: ProSeedbox offers the wTorrent GUI (a web interface for rtorrent) which is extremely efficient for both transfer bandwidth and server resources. ProSeedbox’s most affordable plan is just $9.90 per month for an unlimited and unmetered 100 Mbit connection that is shared with a maximum of just 2 users. Sounds too good to be true? Maybe. The catch is, there’s a limit of just 5 torrents and 10 GB drive space on this ‘Economic Plan 10′. Got an extra $10 to part with? Upgrade to their Plan 20 (20 GB storage, 10 torrents). ProSeedbox even offers a server with a shared 1 Gbit connection; as expected it’s not for everyone at $149/mo. In any event, for under $10 a month there’s no reason why anyone can’t own their own seedbox.
Provider: JMH Services
BT Interface: TorrentFlux; uTorrent WebUI
Connection: 100 Mbit.
Price: Starting at €35/mo (Euro), up to €120.
Hard Drive Storage: 45 GB to 400 GB.
# of Torrents: all plans come with an unlimited # of active torrents.
Access To Files: ftp, http
Monthly Bandwidth Usage: all plans come with unlimited data transfer.
Watch out for: Nothing; no limits on torrents or bandwidth.
About: Aside from offering dedicated servers, JMH also sells packages with TFlux and uTorrent pre-installed, in both ’shared’ and ‘dedibox’ (one-per-server) configurations. Their dedicated seedboxes come with full admin rights, so you can split it up - perfect for reselling or sharing the cost.
Provider: LeaseTorrent
BT Interface: TorrentFlux-b4rt
Connection: 100 Mbit shared.
Price: Starting at £3/mo (GBP).
Hard Drive Storage: varies.
# of Torrents: varies - extra torrent slots can be purchased.
Access To Files: http, ftp?
Monthly Bandwidth Usage: varies.
Watch out for: You get what you pay for. LeaseTorrent is more of a pay-as-you-go seedbox provider.
About: LeaseTorrent’s pricing hasn’t changed in almost a year, and continues to be a popular choice for frugal seedbox shoppers. Their £3/mo. "1 torrent, 5 GB storage" option is currently (again) sold out, but you can get on their waiting list here. It’s cheap, and here’s why: The upload bandwidth is capped at 300 KB/s, and the torrent will only seed to a 100% (1:1) ratio. While not a great idea (on it’s own) for buffering accounts at private trackers unless you purchase extra upload GBs, sold in blocks of 50 GB for an additional £2.5. Still, for a grand-total of £5.5, you just may be able to fix that crappy What.cd ratio, as long as you select the right torrent. Additional torrents can also be purchased.
Provider: SeedboxSales.com
BT Interface: TorrentFlux-b4rt, uTorrent WebUI
Connection: 100 Mbit and 1 Gbit.
Price: Starting at $9/mo, up to $175.
Hard Drive Storage: 10 GB to 250 GB.
# of Torrents: 3 to unlimited.
Access To Files: http, ftp.
Monthly Bandwidth Usage: all plans are unmetered/unlimited.
Watch out for: Small torrent limits on low-end plans.
About: SeedBoxSales offers an unbelievable array of torrenting options, including a uTorrent dedicated seedbox for just $49 (250 GB storage/unlimited & unmetered 100 Mbit connection). But SeedBoxSales‘ most affordable option is their $9 per month shared ’simple’ TorrentFlux plan which comes with a 3-torrent limit & 10 GB storage on a shared 100 Mbit line. FTP access is included, and monthly transfer bandwidth is unlimited on all packages.
Provider: BR-Hosting.com
BT Interface: TorrentFlux-b4rt, uTorrent WebUI
Connection: 100 Mbit.
Price: Starting at $15/mo, up to $120.
Hard Drive Storage: 10 GB to 200 GB.
# of Torrents: 2 to unlimited.
Access To Files: http, ftp.
Monthly Bandwidth Usage: 2 TB to 30 TB.
Watch out for: Miniscule active torrent limits on almost all plans.
About: Oddly, BR-Hosting only offers one plan where the number of active torrents are completely unlimited. Even their highest-end $80 TFlux plan comes with a maximum of just 12 torrents! It would appear that their uTorrent WebUI seedboxes offer a better deal for your money - $20 gets you 5 active torrents, 5 TB monthly bandwidth, and 20 GB storage.
Provider: W00tSite.com
BT Interface: TorrentFlux
Connection: 100 Mbit (shared).
Price: Starting at $15/mo, up to $30.
Hard Drive Storage: 5 GB to 20 GB.
# of Torrents: 5 to 20.
Access To Files: http, ftp.
Monthly Bandwidth Usage: 50 to 200 GB.
Watch out for: Small torrent limit, small monthly bandwidth cap, small storage space.
About: When it comes to their TFlux seedboxes, W00tsite only offers ‘economy’ plans - while affordable, there are limitations on all three criteria which make a seedbox great (# of active torrents; small hard drive storage; very small monthly GB bandwidth cap). These can be upgraded (unlimited bandwidth costs $40/mo; extra HDD space is also extra). Due to the limits imposed on their TFlux plans, we wouldn’t recommend W00tsite to anyone who’s seriously into torrenting.
Provider: SeedM8.com
BT Interface: TorrentFlux
Connection: 100 Mbit (shared), limitations on bandwidth.
Price: Starting at $15/mo, up to $120.
Hard Drive Storage: 12 GB to 16 GB.
# of Torrents: custom RAQ system, varying.
Access To Files: http, ftp.
Monthly Bandwidth Usage: unlimited, unmetered.
Watch out for: Severe limitations on upload speed.
About: SeedM8 offers a huge list of TorrentFlux services, in three categories of plan options: Q Plan, Standard, and Premium plans. ‘Standard’ and ‘Premium’ accounts operate a little differently through an ‘RAQ’ system, whereby bandwidth management can be highly configured for each torrent, although we found this a little confusing at first. In any event, their "Q Plan" offers a tiny 100 MB/s upload limit, and a 200 MB/s download limit on each torrent - you’d be better off seeding on your home broadband connection. Notes: SeedM8 has ‘caps’ imposed on both the upload and download transfer rates for all of their plans - so choose wisely. However, all plans come with a modest number of active torrents and unlimited monthly bandwidth - this may be ideal for users who are more concerned about a "slow and steady" scheme to buffering their private trackers, without paying premium prices to do it.
Provider: EscapeHosting.com
BT Interface: TorrentFlux-b4rt
Connection: 100 Mbit (shared).
Price: Starting at $3/mo, up to $22.
Hard Drive Storage: 1 GB to 10 GB.
# of Torrents: 3 only on all plans.
Access To Files: http, ftp.
Monthly Bandwidth Usage: 15 GB to 200 GB.
Watch out for: Very affordable seedboxes, but limits are everywhere.
About: EscapeHosting is not a seedbox for serious torrenting. While the price is right, the number of active torrents on all accounts is just 3. The ultra-tiny 1 GB storage space on their bronze and silver plans will frustrate the hell out of you - you won’t even be able to download any movie that contains a "2 CD" set, and you’ll quite easily use up your entire monthly bandwidth allotment of just 15 GB in a single day. As you can plainly see in their very own TFlux screenshot seen here, there are 23 different users on this particular server, so resources are stretched quite thinly. Don’t expect much - YGWYPF.
Provider: SeedBoxWorld.net
BT Interface: TorrentFlux-b4rt, uTorrent WebUI
Connection: 100 Mbit.
Price: Starting at £10/mo (GBP), up to £60.
Hard Drive Storage: 10 GB to 250 GB.
# of Torrents: 4 to unlimited.
Access To Files: http, ftp.
Monthly Bandwidth Usage: unlimited, unmetered on ALL plans.
Watch out for: We recommend you go with one of their VPS packages.
About: Many of SeedBoxWorld.net plans are VPS server packages (both Linux and Windows), and come with root access & VPS Control Panel, with the ability to reboot the server. There’s a huge variety of packages to choose from, and all ‘VPS-Seedboxes’ come with an unlimited # of active torrents, and of course, unlimited bandwidth - starting at just £17/mo. Hands down, you simply cannot find a better price for a torrent-friendly VPS system.
Provider: TitaHost.com
BT Interface: TorrentFlux
Connection: 100 Mbit.
Price: Starting at $1/mo (seriously!), up to $40.
Hard Drive Storage: 100 MB to 50 GB.
# of Torrents: 1 to 6 active torrents.
Access To Files: unknown.
Monthly Bandwidth Usage: 50 GB to unlimited.
Watch out for: Very affordable seedboxes, but limits are everywhere. Their "high-end" plan, which consists of a 6 torrent limit and 50 GB storage for $40 seems overly expensive.
About: One of their plans caught our eye, and that’s their "Custom 5" plan, seen at the bottom of this order page. For $1 per month, you get 100 MB (yes, that’s MB) storage (and a 50 GB transfer limit). You’re gonna have a real hard time finding a torrent this small, except on What.cd or Waffles - in which it’s going to be impossible to get that little music torrent to seed to 50 GB, anyways. We wanted to order this package, but it’s currently sold out. Regardless, for $1 you can get a nice screenshot of your *ahem* seedbox, to post in torrent forums when requesting some high-end giveaway. How many users could there be on that server, anyways? 100? 200? GTFOOH.
Provider: www.Santrex.net
BT Interface: TorrentFlux, uTorrent WebUI.
Connection: 100 Mbit.
Price: Starting at $29/mo, up to $99.
Hard Drive Storage: 40 GB to 220 GB.
# of Torrents: unlimited.
Access To Files: FTP, http.
Monthly Bandwidth Usage: unlimited.
Watch out for: Nothing bad to report.
About: Nothing out of the ordinary - all seedbox packages come with unlimited monthly bandwidth and unlimited number of torrents. Their $29 plan with 40 GB storage is enough to satisfy almost any torrenter. Great value for your dollar at Santrex. Thumbs up!
Provider: TorrentFluxHost.com
BT Interface: TorrentFlux.
Connection: Dedicated 100 Mbit (but limited speeds).
Price: Starting at $7.65/mo, up to $45.
Hard Drive Storage: 5 GB to 100 GB.
# of Torrents: 5 to 100.
Access To Files: FTP, http.
Monthly Bandwidth Usage: unlimited.
Watch out for: Upload speed restrictions on most accounts.
About: At last check, TorrentFluxHost was sold out of all seedboxes. Out of their 5 packages, only one does not have upload speed restrictions. Although, additional upload speed can be purchased separately - an extra 250 KB/s upload speed per torrent is $7.95; 500 KB/s is $14.95.
Provider: SeedHost.eu
BT Interface: uTorrent WebUI - unknown if TorrentFlux is directly available.
Connection: 100 Mbit (shared), and 100 Mbit dedicated premium bandwidth.
Price: Starting at €21 (Euro), up to €180/mo.
Hard Drive Storage: 180 GB to 2000 GB.
# of Torrents: 4 to unlimited.
Access To Files: FTP, http.
Monthly Bandwidth Usage: unlimited.
Watch out for: Setup fees on some packages.
About: In regards to their ‘budget’ seedbox, we’re not sure what you’re going to do with a 4 torrent limit and a whopping 180 GB drivespace - that is, unless you can find some really large torrent ‘packs’. Regardless, all of SeedHost’s plans come with a remarkable amount of storage and unlimited monthly bandwidth. Obviously, SeedHost is a professional reseller, and offers some really great dediboxes (it’s just you and the server) - starting at a modest €40 (Euro). ALL plans come with VNC access, and their dedi’s also come with root access. Shared plans have a maximum of 5 users (or less) per server, so you know they’re not oversold. Server specs are included for each plan.
Provider: Woldo-Host.com
BT Interface: TorrentFlux.
Connection: 300 KB/s - 500 KB/s (additional speed is extra).
Price: Starting at $5/mo, up to $60.
Hard Drive Storage: 180 GB to 2000 GB.
# of Torrents: 2 to 10.
Access To Files: FTP, http.
Monthly Bandwidth Usage: unlimited (but restricted on UL speeds).
Watch out for: upload speed limitations; low max. allowable torrents.
About: For $60 big ones a month, there really shouldn’t be a 10-torrent limit and an upload cap of 500 KB/s per torrent. Even if you did purchase the additional 500 KB/s per-torrent extra (for a grand total of $76 a month), you’ll still only be able to upload at a maximum of 1 MB/s - which is a ridiculous price for such a limit. Not to totally discredit Woldo-Host, we give a thumbs-up on their $5 plan (which is currently sold out). For $5 a month you’ll get 2 active torrents, 5 GB storage, unlimited bandwidth, with an upload speed capped at 300 KB/s per torrent. Definitely a bargain for light torrenting if you can get your hands on it.
Provider: CheapSeedbox.com
BT Interface: rTorrent, TorrentFlux?.
Connection: 100 Mbit and 1 Gbit.
Price: Starting at $70/mo, up to $400.
Hard Drive Storage: 240 GB to 1800 GB.
# of Torrents: unlimited.
Access To Files: FTP, FXP, FTPES, http.
Monthly Bandwidth Usage: unlimited.
Watch out for: Despite the name, not cheap!
About: We’re not sure why we even bothered to include CheapSeedbox in this list, as it would appear that every single seedbox is sold out. It should be noted, all packages are dedicated servers.
Provider: BioHost.info
BT Interface: TorrentFlux.
Connection: 1 Gbit (shared)
Price: Starting at $4/mo, up to $20.
Hard Drive Storage: 1 GB to 10 GB.
# of Torrents: unlimited.
Access To Files: FTP (5 accounts), http.
Monthly Bandwidth Usage: unlimited, unmetered.
Watch out for: small storage space (1 GB to 10 GB max).
About: BioHost.info offers a $4/mo. unrestricted seedbox, without any limitations on the number of active torrents, no monthly bandwidth restrictions, and no per-torrent limit on upload rate. So, what’s the catch? - their cheapest "Cardboard Box" plan comes with just 1 GB storage. Damn these little boxes! What’s remarkable, apparently all accounts are on a shared 1 Gbit connection (sounds too good to be true, we know). Now, if only BioHost would switch from TorrentFlux v2.4 to TorrentFlux-b4rt, then we’d have a winner! Please, someone test these guys out for us, and give us your feedback!
Provider: SeedboxParadise.com
BT Interface: uTorrent WebUI & TorrentFlux-b4rt.
Connection: 100 Mbit and 1 Gbit.
Price: Starting at $65/mo, up to $330.
Hard Drive Storage: 250 GB to 2000 GB.
# of Torrents: unlimited.
Access To Files: FTP.
Monthly Bandwidth Usage: 2,000 GB/mo. to unlimited.
Watch out for: Expensive!
About: SeedboxParadise is an OVH reseller that offers dedicated servers only, not shared scenarios! If you’ve always wanted an OVH box but weren’t able to get one in your country/region, perhaps this is for you. While not cheap, you’ll get a premium box. By default, each server is Linux-based; specifically Ubuntu Desktop, and all servers come with remote desktop access, uTorrent WebUI, FTP access. The server’s OS is configurable for users who wish to use Windows 2003 Server, FreeBSD, Debian Etch, Fedora etc.

cheapseedbox started out as a shared service and was cheap indeed for a very good service! The best I have had this far but due to a policy change to put everyone on a dedicated box or max 2 on a box this service isn’t longer affordable for me.

Biohost sucks majorly.
I highly recommend to stay away.
I paid last week and they have not setup my seedbox or nothing. They are not responding to emails either.

Leasetorrent are now horrific. (Yes, they started out great when they were using the European servers but after two moves (not announced so you had all of your files deleted and days of downtime) they are now in the US and it is SLOW for European users and the software upgrades are the worst I have seen)
Due to very poor set up of software, downloading one 350MB file can end up being recorded as a download of (as my account said today) 45.5GBs. This means the torrent auto dies, you can’t restart it without logging in every hour to reset your ratio, and it screws up your private tracker membership. This goes on and on and on with every single torrent you download. It’s tiresome, been reported by me and at least five of my friends, and never resolved in two months.
Sometimes you can not download a file because it says it’s a duplicate (someone else on the server has got it, so it won’t let you)
Also, torrents will randomly say finished and there will be no file.
It’s not worth the saving to have to log in every hour to reset your downloads, ratios, wipe torrents and restart, and ruin your private tracker ratio.
They now charge in US$ not UK£ - not a bad thing, but something to note.
Leasetorrent are very very very very bad.
DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE ATTACHED TO A BARGE POLE THAT HAS A REALLY LONG BARGE POLE ON THE END.

I dont know what that dude is talking about i just bought an account with LeaseTorrents today….and the link the gave me was to the paris subdomain of their sites….but right now im in Thailand so maybe they try to give you the closest mirror they can….anywat about LeaseTorrents tho it is slow….or it could be that im downloading Role Models and on mininova it said it only had10 seeders but like 44523 leechers….or something and if at least each one of those seeders partially uploads just a small bit it should be downloading at a much faster rate of 40 kb ….but that seems to be the average……seems like its bullshit tho i guess prolly becuz its so popular….the linuxbox their using right now seems like its almost outta space soon.
Also the other thing i didnt like was that I think it might just be owned by one guy who manually updates account rather than it being automated….cuz i just paid for an extraaactive 2 torrents and 5 gb and this still hasnt been processed.
So, yea you really do get what you pay for i suppose.

Steer clear of TorrentSwift guys, check the comments on any invite forum if you don’t believe me. Everyone who has ordered has opened Paypal claims to get their money back, I ordered from them 10 days ago, and have had nothing, they won’t reply to any support requests/emails, the guy running has gone completely AWOL.
It’s a shame, cos I ordered before with them, and it was quite a good service.
020 • Stu Says: 09.03.09 at 1:48 pm
Dave, I have to agree.
I ordered from TorrentSwift 4 months ago and everything was fine, until 1 month after when i ordered a hosting package aswell.
TorrentSwift told me 24 hours setup, 3 days after that i sent an email. 8 days it took for a reply & they told me they would sort it out within 12 hours.
24 hours still nothing, they were never online for live chat. I cancled my subscription and asked for money back on the hosting package. 2 weeks later i managed to catch someone on Live chat and get a refund. Stay away from TorrentSwitft.
(PS: It was pure luck that i saw someone on Live chat, checked everyday & it was always Offline.)

I am renting via Bio Host Black Box level. Turnaround time was 24 hours as opposed to 6 hours. The server I am renting is a blocked IP on bluetack (its a kimsufi.com server). Their service works, but renting a banned IP range is not a good way to start. Speeds are decent but you need to revise their default upload speed of 10 kB to 0 (unlimited).
022 • Lorenzo Says: 09.03.09 at 11:39 pm
SeedboxHosting. Great people, great speeds. Servers can definitely push some high speeds! Warning, service can not be used with public trackers. Otherwise, a great value for the amount of bandwidth you can push.
http://seedboxhosting.com/seedbox/faq
Can I use the seedbox for public trackers?
Nope. Private trackers only. Most people don’t need a seedbox for public trackers, but occasionally we come across someone who wants to seed to public trackers. We are able to keep our bandwidth costs down and faster speeds for everyone if we restrict it to private trackers only.
023 • Lorenzo Says: 11.03.09 at 1:52 am
BioHost — thumbs down. Day 2 of use. I tried to access the server at different times of the day, but the server load is very high. Last few times I checked, it was over 5.0. And I’m sure the times I can’t access the server, the system is overloaded. This is why using a service where they put multiple accounts on one server is a recipe for disaster. Unless the server is properly secured and managed, you’re going to have a shit experience like me. The thought of having to use this service for another 28 days really bugs me, but I paid for it, so I might as well and cancel my subscription a few days before renew.
024 • Elizabeth Says: 12.03.09 at 12:18 pm

Well I wish I came across this web page before I made the dimwitted move of purchasing from BIOHOST and SeedM8. The first is just a big scam and took my money without even giving me a box. The second is just crap. Well if you get what you pay for, then $20 bucks gets you nothing from BIOHOST and SeedM8 gives you an overloaded server with slow upload speeds. Next time I am going to go with a more expensive, but hopefully a more reliable and faster box.

Wow, Biohost is horrible. They claim 6 hrs setup time, but it has been over 6 days and I still have not yet received any information. We can all deal with bad service for a cheap box, but the service is just non-existent. It’s one thing if they send you all the info and then forget about you, it’s another if they charge you, then forget about you without sending you any info…

I’ve just filed a dispute with paypal to get my money back from torrentswift. What a complete waste of my time and money this has been so far.
Steer well clear of them.

Ok, So I out of pure luck found the usually ‘offline’ help was ‘online’ on the torrentswift website and the following conversation ensued.
Chat InformationPlease wait for a site operator to respond.
Chat InformationYou are now chatting with ‘Andrew’
you: Hello
Andrew: Hello. How may I assist you?
you: Well, I sent in numerous tickets and emailed john several times over the past few days but I’ve had no service whatsoever.
you: I paid $60 for a seedbox which I haven’t had access to and I’d like a refund/
Andrew: It appears the funds were reversed from our account less than 48 hours after they were received
Andrew: I have noted your request, you will receive a response shortly.
you: no wait one second
you: I haven’t even given you any information about my order, how do you know funds were reversed
you: Because according to my paypal account they most certainly haven’t been reversed.
Andrew: I pulled up your account from your IP
you: ok, so my username is?
Andrew: garpike
you: sorry, i don’t mean to be funny but, I’m out $60 and I’ve had awful service
Andrew: May I go ahead and rebuild your box?
you: No, I would like a refund thank you.
Andrew: There is currently an outstanding dispute on the payment in question, you will receive a response shortly
you: an outstanding dispute? through paypal you mean?
Andrew: I believe so
Andrew: I will be happy to rebuild your box in the meantime
you: That would be the one I filed. If you refund me I will cancel the dispute.
you: No, I’d just like a refund thank you.
Andrew: You are most welcome. Is there anything else I may assist you with?
you: no, just the refund thank you.
Andrew: Thank you for visiting. Please contact us at anytime.
you: Would you mind doing it now.
you: so I don’t have to worry about getting in contact with someone again?
Andrew: I have noted your request and you will receive a response asap
you: and how long will this take?
you: You will be refunding me yes? I’d just like some proof in this conversation that you are actually going to do it.
you: Would you reply, so I know you’re still there and haven’t left.
Andrew: Yes I am here
you: ok. So would you agree that you are going to refund me?
Andrew: I have noted your refund request. You will receive a response soon
you: How soon? because to be honest it just seems like im being led around in a circle
Andrew: The majority of incidents are resolved within 6 hours
Andrew: I an sorry you feel that way
you: 6 hours? that’s not what I’ve been told by a variety of your customers.
you: and the fact I’ve sent roughly 4 tickets to your support and 3 to john@torrentswift with no reply.
you: I’m just asking that you refund my paypal account the $59.99 that I paid you for services I have not received.
Andrew: Do you have ticket numbers?
you: One moment
you: 918117
you: 876097
Andrew: please understand I have put the refund request onto your account already
you: you have. ok. do you have any idea how long it will take before I am actually physically refunded?
Andrew: It will not be long
you: 24 hours? or more?
Andrew: No, most issues are responded to within 6 - 12 hours unless further investigation is required
Andrew: I understand the two tickets you mentioned above are not within this time frame, this will be rectified when the refund is provided
Andrew: Thank you very much for your patience while you await a response, you will be notified on a priority today
you: Ok, so I can expect a refund within the next 12 hours?
** at this point I got my refund.**
you: I’ve had my refund, thank you very much. Have a nice day and thank you for your patience while you await a response.

Torrentswift has horrible service. Their server kept crashing every time i tried to download more that 2 files from it. And when the disk space is full, torrentflux simply stops functioning.
The worst part is the support. The guy is actually RUDE, that is IF he responds AT ALL. I was just glad to receive any response from him, that i didn’t mind the rudeness.
When the server crashed, TorrentFlex’s response was to delete all my files, setup afresh and that too after a number of days. And this happened 4 times in a month. I almost got banned from many trackers. I had to redownload and seed all the files again many times, and this screwed up my ratios.
I was better off without torrentflex
TorrentFlex! GO TO HELL

Stay away from dediseedbox.com. This guy is a real winner. Things went pretty well for the first month I had the box, but on the last day of the month, it died. I kept trying to find out what was going on via email, but no answer. Since I had already paid for the second month four days before, I just kept filing tickets and waiting for a response. It took a while to figure out that I’d been scammed.
Go out to the homepage, http://www.dediseedbox.com. Check out their shared plans. I have plan 2. Notice that there are “-2″ available. That means they sold something they didn’t have. I filed a complaint with Paypal but unless it’s an eBay transaction, they could really care less. However, after I filed it, the box came up at 10am on Mon but was gone again by 10pm. Nothing since. Can someone explain to me how you have “-2″ available?
Save your money and find a reliable provider. This guy isn’t one of them.

Just another Stay away from biohost post
i got my biohost box a few moths ago, after waiting nearly a week for my account to be activated i was finially on, things went well for the first month or so, then because biohost is more about the all mighty dollar than customer satisfaction the server started to run very slow!
this was because they had more than 30+ users on the box!
Apart from the server being slow as death their technical support is a complete joke, currently my seedbox is disconnected for not paying it even though im using their ’subscription’ service for payment, i have now opened 2 support tickets which their WHMCS system still reads as unread a week later
STAY AWAY FROM BIOHOST, as the old saying goes you get what you pay for

Stay far away from santrex, the torrent plans are nice priced, but the speeds are 1.2kbs-25kbs up and down. putting in tickets do not resolve issues. When I complained about the speeds, they said this is because of shared hosting and i should get a dedi server. so i did that, but not after i had to pay full price of dedi server and only got to use the torrent package of 29.99 for a day. this is not right, all monies should be transfered to new service requested. they disagreed in tickets. Once i order the dedi server it is stated 1-72 hours on the site, it has been 8 business days, and still no dedi server, all requests for update were regarded as a nuisances to the support staff and TOS direct link was sent in response to inquiries, which states, “26. Account Setup Times: We aim to setup all accounts within our set timescale, however certain conditions arise when these timescales can not be met. If we receive a high volume of orders, we may take a little bit longer than expected to setup your account. All setup times written on the website are only in business hours so weekends and national holidays are not counted in unless other wise stated.”
this seems to be the only answer they give me, then after scrutinizing the TOS I found this nice little gem, ” Refund and Disputes: All payments to santrex.net are non-refundable. This includes any one time setup fee and subsequent charges regardless of usage. All overcharges or billing disputes must be reported within 30 days of the time the dispute occurred. If you dispute a charge to your credit card issuer that, in santrex.net’s sole discretion is a valid charge under the provisions of the TOS and /or AUP, you agree to pay santrex.net an “Administrative Fee” of not less than USD 50 and not more than USD 250 which will result in an immediate termination.”
basically i am stuck with out knowing when i will get the dedi as well as being informed that they will set up a linux system for you for an additional 15-20usd. When ordered I guess i assumed this was part of the package.
Bottom Line: stay away from santrex, there are better options out there

seedboxworld.net,
here is another greatly hyped provider, they offer the vps pack and once you get it and up and down your torrents, they have some very ridiculous speeds. at the most the dl topped off at 2mbs, but this was only a glitch i am to think. The normal speeds here are 2.kbs-50kbs on all up and downs. when inquiries were made about the speed, they replied back, its because your on a shared server. i had them for about 10hours and never was able to dl anything, or seed anything. i cancelled the account only to find out they will not refund any funds stating, “the cost to set up the service was more than the package you got, which was the one suggested here.” so i asked them if you not refund my funds, then may i try and use the service for the month i paid for already, they said if you pay me an additional 10usd, one time discount we will set you back up. simply stated seedboxworld.net are really just scammers with a complete lie based service, i would highly suggest to stay away from them as well

wootsite,
this is another hack of a provider; they offer cheap packages and with that you get cheap service. the amount of torrents and space given are completely useless if your a serious torrenter. after i secured their service, i was not able to get into the vps, for some reason my ip was banned after paying and i could not get to the site. after many, many emails, i was finally allowed to get to the service i paid for. sometimes they say the wait is worth it, but in wootsites case, this is not true. the overall speeds were depressing at most. i was able to complete one torrent and not able to seed anything from them. there are a lot of issues with their servers. I would not recommend them to a friend, also stay away

torrentflux.uk
not sure if they are listed, but DO NOT use this provider. the entire site is setup to take funds and never deliver any service. repeated emails once paid, were NEVER returned, tried disputing with paypal only to get this, “Status
We were able to recover £0.00 GBP from the seller and processed a refund to you.
What happens next
We’re working with the seller to recover the rest of your refund. We’ll let you know when the seller is able to full refund your payment.”.
COMPLETE SCAM BLACKLIST THEM

I have been with seedboxworld.net for over 6 months and the speeds you are stating is pure bull!
These guys have wicked support (true 24 hour unlike others) and as for speeds, well it does change sometimes during the day / night, but in general i get anything between 15Mbit - 27Mbit down and around 10 Mbit - 20 Mbit up.
I got one of their windows xp seedboxes with uTorrent on it (just upgraded to their 1GB RAM / 150GB drive seedbox vps for £39 a month) i must say they been cool with me from the start. (i never asked for a refund..lol) I got both my box’s set up within a day (orig one waz a small 15Gb with 256Mb Ram).
Hope this helps straighten things out (i hate to see bad things about good peeps)
