Rules for New Members:

As mentioned, TR is an established forum. If you’re looking to quickly join and jump on some invite giveaways, you’re going to be disappointed. Here are some of the RULES for all new people:

To be able to view the invite request area & giveaway area, you need to:

• Have posted 80 posts or more
• Have been a member for at least 21 days.
• VIPs have no waiting time (donate $15 to become VIP)

TR… Some Unique Ideas:

Post Anonymously — Unique to TrackeReactor is the ability to post anonymously, which is great for those concerned about security when making invite GAs. When creating a new thread, choose "Go advanced" and put a checkmark in the "Make Post Anonymously" box. We should note: do not use this feature when replying to an existing thread - it’s only meant to be used for creating threads.

Invitation System — Recently, TR has implemented their own invite system (to TR), whereby all regular members should have now received 5 invites (and 25 for VIPs and up). Check out your "User CP" link for further details - it’s unknown if this applies to new members that just signed up.

Tracker Checker — TR has their own in-forum "live" tracker checker page for displaying private trackers that are online of offline (down). It’s found in the top menu "Trackers > Tracker Checker".

Tracker Ratings — On TR’s refurbished Tracker Ratings page, members can find tracker userbars, ratings (content, speed) and tracker reviews (currently, there’s 225 trackers listed).

SSL Access — Concerned about privacy? Use TR’s SSL link to browse the site - https://trackereactor.com.

Tracker Projects — Staff & members of TR are often involved in the development of new trackers; including PtN, CoExist and others. Their "Recruitment Section" also carries some very interesting sites - such as bR, FTM, CE, nTorrents, x264, StB and ScL.

VIP Section (that’s worth getting into) — Many high-level giveaways are first offered in the VIP section, and moved to the regular thread afterwards - giving VIPs a first crack at some of the better invites. Plus, there’s some nice freebie giveaways; such as seedboxes, premium RapidShare accounts, and the newly-added random harddrive GA in the VIP IRC channel.

Well, we do not give accounts, just invites. We’re currently working at getting good communications with tracker staff, and already have with some. TR is supposed to generate GOOD new members for trackers. Have a nice day.

Awesome - thanks very, very much Sharky!! Had an account here a while back, pruned due to inactivity but I won’t make the same mistake this time.

If people are humming and harring about whether to take advantage of thius offer I suggest you do as TR is definitely one of the “premiere” giveaway sites - probably the best IMO, although others will have their faves as well.

Haha everyone needs to just calm down and relax. TR staff are looking at the histories of the new members in terms of trading on other forums and/or scamming or ratio cheating and weeding members out accordingly. Its something thats constantly done, to ensure member safety and to maintain the integrity of the site. Quite frankly, that ought to encourage people to join the site - its ensures your safety!! (as long as you’re a good BT user).

Now regarding banned new accounts, look guys instead of bashing the site - why not head up to the irc channel and see what the problem was? Everyone makes mistakes, thats human nature and theres a possibility that you fall under that category. Im getting the feeling that the people posting here having a bitch are upset about being caught out as traders or whatnot, the legitamately unjustified banned users would have no qualms about simply heading up to the irc support and getting reinstated.

And rofl, relax everyone its just a website, good or bad you shouldnt get so worked up - s’not good for you =P

I joined TR last year during open signups. I had never traded traded, scammed someone, nor did I know what a ratio spoofer was. I you, like me, got nothing to hide, it’s a pure win situation. Today I’m one of the most active members with a whole bunch of friends, and not to forget, all tracker memberships I could ever dream of.

So if you got nothing to hide - nothing to loose. Welcome to TR for everyone who wishes, I’ve seen a lot of new fantastic members already! If there is any inconvenience go to the help irc and we’ll do our best to see what happened.

Whatever I am glad I got in the door while it was open I personally like TIC the best but I will join whoever to get the trackers I want and then prob just stick to the tracker forums that I like

Myself im member since a year or something, and i met alot of great people trough TR.

Im also part of all those trackers i could ever need, and i’ve never had any issues related to TR.

I thought TPS was the only freaking place, I see people banned there from my friend list,then one day I become one of the victim,then I join in TR,see they have more people who have been banned,but I am still there,I think TR is better than TPS,but I am a little afraid too,because even you are innocent, you will never know what will happen to you,so keep a low profile as that what all I can say

if you get banned from it ,don’t hold your grudge inside,it will hurt you,and make those people who ban you feel a deeper sense of achievement,then you are in their trap.the only thing u can do is to forget about the site,move on with a new one,even if it is a good site.u must understand those admin are like sodiers in iraq,they feel intense all the time,if they hear something they will open fire,sometimes they shoot their own friends.it is not an easy intelligence job for them to filter all bad traders, cheaters.it is not a fun job either,so maybe they try to get some fun out of it,how? they ban you for no reason,they like to hear you explain and treat u like a rat as you say it,maybe that’s true.Once they decide do not explain it is basically useless,they have already made up their mind,so be cool about it,ban is the most common thing in these kind of forums

Ok, I haven’t visited TR in a good while but there was a time when I was quite active there. They had some nice folks and the staff that I knew never gave me any problems. I don’t know if it has changed since I was there last but I know for a fact that “DreamCatcher” isn’t likely to give people any crap and usually handles all problems maturely. If anyone is considering joining TR then I would recommend that you don’t base your decision to join off of the comments of this post. 99 percent of the comments here are inaccurate.
