Etiv.in - New ‘Tracker Invite’ Site Open for Signups

No one can deny the legacy left behind by P2PTalk on the private tracker invites circuit. P2PTalk spawned spinoff sites that include Digital Raider and the impossibly popular Pirate Society - to name just two. Now, ex-P2PTalk staff have reassembled and created a slick new BT forum at www.etiv.in (in.vite, get it?). Etiv is a forum completely concerned with invite giveaways, recruitment and tracker news & discussion.

Here’s a quick look at some of Etiv’s features:

Minimum Participation? YES Some areas, such as Requests require a minimum postcount, etc.
Credit / Rep System? YES Has both a ‘thanks’ system, and a ‘rep’ system in place.
Invite Requests? YES Requires 30 posts & 5 rep points to be able to make tracker invite requests.
Invite Trading? NO Not allowed - trading of tracker invites is forbidden.
Account Giveaways? NO Tracker accounts cannot be included in giveaways (only invites allowed).
VIP / Hidden Forums? YES For elite discussion and high-level invite giveaways (VIPs & donators only).
Invite Giveaways? YES Open to all - no ‘minimum postcount’ to access this area.
Tracker Recruitment? YES Located in the main ‘Invites’ section.
Tracker Reviews? YES Also has a "Release Review" forum section.
Seedbox Discussion? YES There’s a sub-forum called ‘Seedbox Reviews’.

Our Last Word:

Being less than two weeks old, we can’t fault Etiv.in for having a small membership count or lack of content - all forums have to start out somewhere. In any event, Etiv has a sleek easy-to-navigate design with a heavy focus related to private tracker topics only (no Limewire, no P2P, no Usenet). The rules here are quite relaxed - but be sure to follow them.

Like most torrent forums, tracker invite giveaways are their bread-and-butter - and Etiv is no exception. Staff & devoted members are heavily involved in kicking off the invite GAs, offering some very impressive trackers in the list (as you’ll see). As is often the case, getting involved (active) in a new torrent forum in their early days may lead to great things down the road.
