June 2009 was a particularly good month for new private tracker startups. Nordic/Swedish trackers have rebounded nicely; also there are new music trackers, movie trackers and everything in between. Here are 21 of the best new torrent sites on the BT scene.

TorrentCore is a brand-new tracker for just about everything. To quote staff, “Site is currently open registration for a very short period.” TC already has nearly 1,000 members and 300+ torrents, and everything is currently set to freeleech. It also appears that all new members have unlimited invites. While using Gazelle, TorrentCore resembles more of a TBDev tracker.

Just when we thought there’s not possibly any more room left for new music trackers, another one springs to life. This Romanian/English music tracker is built using the popular TBDev codebase, and officially opened up to the public only a few days ago. Music-Master already stocks an impressive 800+ active torrents (including some large packs) - and the majority of content caters to house, techno & trance.

CareStreet is a brand-new multi-language music tracker that’s using SoftMP3’s source code. Registered users count in at 1,260 - and torrents at 432 (which includes 173 FLAC torrents). True to SoftMP3 form, Carestreet is similar in that they are currently only accepting scene releases.

Not exactly new, but LLYWOT is the old LeechersLair.com site reborn, and today (July7th) is their 3rd birthday. This well-established tracker boasts over 16,000 members and 3,600+ active torrents. All new members receive just 2 download slots (to prevent multiple H&Rs). Accounts that have uploaded under 10gb max = 2 Torrents; under 20gb max = 3 Torrents; under 30gb max = 4 Torrents; above 30gb = Unlimited. LL has some strict ratio rules, which entail a 1:1 global ratio requirement for the account at all times - which shouldn’t be hard to do since there’s a ton of peers/leechers.

Officially launching on June 27, 2009 - OnlyDVDs has already amassed over 2,000 members and 300+ torrents. This DVDR-only tracker mostly caters to Portuguese/Spanish releases in PAL format, but many of which are multi-language.

Here we have a new Swedish tracker called MixMovies (or MixTV, whichever you prefer). Despite the URL misnomer it’s self-billed as an “International TV Tracker”, and most of the torrents (just 34 at last check) cater to Nordic/SweSub releases. MixMovies officially went public on June 22, 2009.

When we first reviewed HD-Space about three weeks ago, they listed just 3 active torrents - hardly worth signing up for. Since then, they’ve increased the count to 162. Not bad, and you’ll get to browse the torrents before you decide to sign up.

Tengdur is a newer Icelandic tracker that began in the middle of May 2009. In just seven short weeks, Tengdur has already managed to list an impressive 1,600 active torrents. It’s no wonder why, really: all 13,300 members are permitted to upload torrents.

Just signed up at TorrentCore, there hardly seems to be any leechers for anything. Looks like a hard-to-seed site for me, unless you’re able to constantly seed like 10+ torrents. But it’s okay now because it’s freeleech. What happens when it’s not?

And I was in snow for more than 3 years and I could tell you that the download speed is way better. These guys run the whole tracker on seedboxes. Design I luv it. And content wow finally a french private tracker that has good pre on some scene releases.
I don’t know who those guys are but what I know is that those guys they know what there doing.
The tracker opened less than a month ago and it seems like if it has been open for 3 months.
And like fsf said they have ssl which is great.
