Ahh, Autumn - days are getting shorter, leaves are changing colour, and new torrent trackers are starting to sprout up around every corner of the interwebs. It’s time to recollect our latest findings, in which we review 20 new private trackers (amazingly, none of which are adult). Once again, we’ve cranked up our honesty (and sarcasm) - there’s plenty of new torrent sites to write about in this October edition.
http://www.siscate.com.ar
- — Category: General (Spanish/Argentina)
- — Signup: www.siscate.com.ar/tracker/register.php
Siscate has actually been around for nearly 4 months
now. This very popular Argentinian/Spanish tracker uses the Gazelle
codebase, and unlike many general gazelles, is adept in blending the
two. All new accounts come with 8GB upload credit and 3 invites. Stats —
Members: 1,201 | Torrents: 1,667 (440 active).
Our prediction —
Siscate won’t find a large English fanbase, due to the content being
mostly inclined towards hispanophone communities. Having said that,
there’s still a fair amount of international torrents available - such
as found in the music, apps, adult and DVDR categories.
https://sodifferent.biz
- — Category: General
- — Signup URL: Not found
Starting out in the beginning of September ‘09, SoDifferent.biz originally began as FileList.biz (no connection to FileList.org). As recently as just a few days ago, signups were open at this link, but no longer. Getting back to biz; there’s 284 torrents listed, although 226 are considered dead (and the entire peerlist including leechers is under 100 for all torrents combined).
Our prediction —
If there’s one redeeming quality to SoDifferent.biz, it’s that both the
site and tracker use HTTPS. It’s simply amazing that entire days worth
of torrents would have 0 seeds. As Don Cherry might say, “Kids, this is
how not to run a torrent tracker”.

www.thedarksyndicate.com
- — Category: General
- — Signup URL: www.thedarksyndicate.com/register.php
TheDarkSyndicate, or TDS, originally planned on concealing itself - that is, before staff had a change of heart. This Gazelle tracker currently features 352 active torrents & 1,565+ members in less than four weeks since their début. Here’s the pitch found on What.CD forums about TDS:
“We are a new site with an old site mentality. We focus on the Community first, torrents are just part of the package. We have a request system in place and encourage Members to utilize it as much as possible. Our Uploaders have extensive libraries waiting to share. We are a Gazelle based tracker, have a busy Forums and IRC Network with a live DJ’d Radio Station.”
Our prediction —
Good tracker; great staff; very cool DJ radio program - but is this
enough to propel TDS into l33t status? Probably not. Many trackers
have tried the “Gazelle & 0day/General” combo and it usually
spells disaster. Truth be told, TBDev is still the reigning champ
for 0day/gen trackers, and this won’t change anytime soon. Perhaps the
most important reason for this is in the coding: auto-uploading scripts,
automated IRC services to connect with the tracker, pre’s and topsite
prefeeds (high scene stuff) - are all done for TBDev, not Gazelle. To
get offtopic, TiT is one tracker that’s managed it well (and there are
others), but as it stands “the scene” in terms of private tracker
access to it, still favors TBDev.
Time will tell if there’s still room left for any more general trackers, but TDS still has plenty of potential. New members receive 2 invites, and everything is currently set to freeleech.

At FSF, sources for finding new/open private trackers come from everywhere. Take RapidTreggy for instance - a fellow private tracker freak at work told me about this one (we’ll call him Dan… because, well - that’s his name). While not exactly new (oldest torrent is from May 31/09) but there’s a ton of activity here, torrent count totals in at 1,196.
Our prediction —
It’s tough for trackers to beat the odds of finding success when using
TSSE code - but despite this, RapidTreggy is thriving in its own right.
Loads of peers on the torrents, great DL speeds, decent pretimes - we
surmise that over 8,100 members can’t be wrong.
http://filezoneworld.com
- — Category: General (Forum-style)
- — Signup URL: You’ll find it.
FileZoneWorld is a newer tracker (from August?) in the style of a forum - visitors need to register first before being able to access anything. FZW currently lists just over 200 torrents on the tracker. Seeding rules are quite relaxed - either seed to a ratio of 1:1 or for 24 hrs, whichever comes first.
Our prediction —
Fail; unless they can save it with content, and fast. Trackers based on
a forum layout tend to not do very well (aside from mega Russian sites).
The reason? Unpleasant on the eyes, not to mention all those extra
mouseclicks needed to browse categories & subcats. Forums are for
Rapidshare links, not torrent sites - didn’t they teach you this in
Trackers 101?
http://www.wii-leech.info
- — Category: Games (Wii console)
- — Signup URL: http://www.wii-leech.info/signup.php
Wii-Leech (obviously pronounced we leech) first surfaced back in June ‘09, and caters to all-things related to the Wii game console. Most of the torrents pertain to Wii game ISO’s in both PAL and NTSC format, although there’s a healthy selection of WiiWare releases as well.
Our prediction —
With 935 members and 291 torrents, Wii-leech is quickly turning into the
de facto site for Wii torrents & releases. Not to be overlooked by
Wii fans - dozens of new torrents are added weekly, and all new accounts
come with 1 invite and 5GB upload credit.
http://trackeraccess.org
- — Category: General
- — Signup URL: http://trackeraccess.org/signup.php?
Online since late June, TrackerAccess is a TSSE tracker that currently indexes 909 active torrents & a respectable ~2,000 members. This general tracker offers mostly movies, TV and music releases - with a few appz, adult, and games torrents thrown into the mix.
Our prediction —
Hit & Miss. We tested a few 1-seed torrents, and download speeds
were impressive (on some). We can conclude that many torrents are hosted
on a seedbox - but it all depends upon which uploader you choose to
download torrents from. “Top 5 uploaders” are listed on the browse
page (to the right), but this doesn’t mean they’re using seedboxes. For
instance, the #3 uploader ‘Tank’ is using his/her home Australian
ISP to seed, which spells disaster for DL rates, especially across
multiple connections & torrents. We’ve all seen those comments in
public torrent sites that plead, “Plz seed seed seed!” - well, you’ll
be shit-out-of-luck if 2 downloaders decide to DL from the same
home-PC uploader, which we witnessed. 12 Kb/s doesn’t get it done.
http://torrentsupreme.com
- — Category: General
- — Signup: Don’t.
TorrentSupreme is yet another tracker based on TS Special Edition code. No idea where this one is headed, but the outlook seems bleak. Case-in-point; there was a message posted recently on a torrent forum which read, “We need uploaders desperately!”. Yes, you do. And that’s exactly how not to get them, or members.
Our prediction
— There are certainly better general TSSE sites than this one, but are
there worse? A low torrent count can’t help matters; at last check
there’s just 63, many of which are dead. Dead like TorrentSupreme. TIP
to staff: Try to sell your domain on Sedo,
someone might pick it up and spin it into a winning site.
http://www.fyber.org
- — Category: General/Scene
- — Signup URL: http://www.fyber.org/signup.php
Fyber has actually been around for quite a while now, although the oldest active torrent on the site is only a week old, which suggests some decent re-interest in the site. This Romanian/English scene-only tracker currently lists 439 active torrents & 4,428 members.
Our prediction —
Could do well. TBDev is always a winning choice for a tracker codebase
for usage in general sites, and Fyber is no exception. The layout is
clean, browsing is easy, and most releases are English. Loads of
activity, with an above-average amount of new torrents being added
daily. Fyber had just 141 torrents back on Sept 30th - now the total
sits at 439.
http://torrent-rocks.co.uk
- — Category: General
- — Signup: http://torrent-rocks.co.uk/signup.php
Here we have another TS Special Edition tracker that began back in September. Torrent-Rocks offers an eclectic array of content (movies, music, etc) and lists 280 active torrents. Everything is seedbox-hosted, from what we can tell.
Our prediction —
Without appearing to single out Torrent-Rocks, but we’re noticing
that the latest trend in TSSE trackers is to offer ‘general’ content -
and this usually isn’t advantageous. Niche TSSE’s can do well (such as
aus.sierules.com), but all-purpose sites that use the TS codebase just
end up appearing cluttered and disorganized.
http://btsite.eu
- — Category: General (Polish)
- — Signup: here.
Non-Polish torrenters need not apply - come to think of it, neither should Polish denizens. BTSite has added a meager 25 torrents in the past 9 days, with only 2 of them being larger than 700MB. We wonder sometimes if trackers start out just so they can link to other trackers, hosting companies and BitTorrent Toplist sites.
Our prediction
— A ghost town. Even for a Polish tracker, this site sucks. Just 200
torrents added since June 26th, and there’s only 234 total peers for all
torrents combined, which spells very low activity.
http://www.scenedemon.us
- — Category: Games (PC ISOs and RIPs)
- — Signup: http://www.scenedemon.us/signup.php
SceneDemon.us is the sister site of SceneDemon.com (also open for signups). This site focuses on games torrents, and currently offers mostly PC ISOs and PC Rips (scene releases, with some internal packs as well), although console game torrents have recently surfaced.
Our prediction —
Already lists an impressive 276 active torrents in their first two weeks
of being online. Lots to choose from [RELOADED, SKIDROW, ADDICTION
etc]. 99% of all torrents are hosted on a seedbox, so great DL speeds
can be expected throughout the site. Off to a good start!
https://www.suntreeheaven.org
- — Category: Mixed
- — Signup: https://www.suntreeheaven.org/signup.php
About SunTreeHeaven - we’ve been watching this site for a couple of weeks now. Previously listed just 26 active torrents a week ago, but the total has now risen to 65.
Our prediction
— Aside from the minuscule amount of torrents, this site is a bit of a
mess as well. Activity has picked up recently, but not to the caliber
that a serious tracker would be trying to accomplish. In their defense,
both the site and tracker use HTTPS (SSL) and torrents can be
downloaded as a ZIP file - but it remains to be seen if these security
features can save this fledgling.
www.dvdreleasenet.org
- — Category: DVDRs, HD Rips
- — Signup: You’ll find it.
DVDRelease needs a lot of work, content, and a seedbox hosting the torrents before members begin to flock in. With just 63 active torrents, this late-September startup seems to be going nowhere fast.
Our prediction
— For fun, we took a peek into ten different “one seed” torrents, and
since the peerlist is shown on the site - we can conclude the BT client
used in these torrents is uTorrent 1.8.3. Which also suggests that
they’re likely hosted on a home PC. Lackluster DL speeds confirmed our
suspicions, and resolved to telia.se (a residential ISP from Sweden).
It’s a one-man show, folks!
http://ntrace.in
- — Category: General/Video (Hungarian)
- — Signup URL: http://ntrace.in/regisztracio.php
Hungarian torrenters should be excited about this new tracker, and for good reason. NTrace.in already lists an impressive 439 total torrents in less than a month. Considered a general tracker, although most of the torrents pertain to movies/TV and DVDRs (110+ DVDRs on the tracker).
Our prediction —
NTrace is not an international tracker; English members won’t have much
use for this site. However, as a Hungarian tracker - we have to give it
a big thumbs up.
http://aus.sierules.com
- — Category: Sports (AFL)
- — Signup URL: http://aus.sierules.com/signup.php
Aussie Rules has actually been around since April ‘09 but was previously unlisted around here. It’s a sports tracker but more specifically, a tracker for AFL (Australian Football League) torrents - also known as rugby in North America.
Our prediction —
With over 4,000 members and 550 active torrents, if you’re an AFL/rugby
fan - then this is one niche tracker you’ll want to be a part of. Lots
of peers on the torrents, so expect great DL speeds.
http://net-vision.org
- — Category: General (Romanian)
- — Signup URL: http://net-vision.org/signup.php
Net-Vision’s browse.php page was broken for several days, but the issue seems to be resolved. Anyways, this September startup lists 183 active torrents.
Our prediction —
There’s absolutely no rhyme or reason to the uploads. There’s
wallpapers, music videos and tiny apps that you really shouldn’t expect
to find on a tracker. In fact, more than half of their torrents are
under 30 MB in size. Strange site so far.
http://qemist.info
- — Category: General
- — Signup URL: http://qemist.info/signup.php
Qemist is a TSSE tracker that currently lists 272 active torrents & 892 members through their first 3 weeks of being online. Movies (XviD and HD) and TV releases make up for most of the content, although there’s some decent TV packs, as well.
Our prediction —
Too soon to form an opinion, but it does appear that torrents are being
hosted on a seedbox (we checked out some 1-seeds, and they resolve to a
Kimsufi). 50 new torrents were added on Oct. 5th, which shows that staff
are trying to increase torrent count quickly.
http://www.yugoteka.com
- — Category: General (Serbian)
- — Signup URL: http://www.yugoteka.com/signup.php
Yugoteka is a new Serb tracker using TBDev that’s been online since July, and indexes 532 active torrents.
Our prediction —
As far as Serbian/Croatian trackers are concerned, Yugoteka is a winner.
But for the English community, save your effort: there’s absolutely
nothing of interest here.
http://www.eviltorrents.net
- — Category: General
- — Signup: www.eviltorrents.net/signup.php
Last - and least - on our list is EvilTorrents. Here’s a tracker you’ll want to be avoiding, at least for now. Almost no torrents, no activity and mostly-absentee staff = fail.
Our prediction
— The way this site is headed, it’s a waste of everyone’s time. With 36
active torrents listed, the number is actually 15 (the rest are dead). A
wise man once told us, “You can measure the success and determination
of a tracker by counting the number of torrents added in their first
month. If it’s less than 200, then they’re off to a bad start.”
New Trackers that FSF reviewed in September:
• GloryBits & BakedBits - Two New Gazelle Trackers
• StoreThe.net - A New 0day Scene Only Tracker
PTI Says:
Very nice list, Siscate looks fantastic. Scenedemon is also gonna be a hit.
Oh and I must point this out. Daz…..you have once again failed horribly. Such a shitty tracker.

Great list. Can’t wait to see the next round.

Australian Football League IS NOT “also known as rugby in North America”.
It’s a completely different game!
Aj Says:
@BENNYTHEJET
Well Only rules are different. played in same style
EvilWalks Says:
@AJ
No, it really is a completely different game! Australia is a Rugby nation, but AFL and Rugby League are also hugely popular. AFL is totally different. YouTube them both and compare, you’ll soon realize the difference.

Nice list..registered with a few of them but was already a member of filezoneworld, which of all those that i’m a member of is by far the better, the staff are friendly and they offer regular freeleech which is always good to build your ratio up
Raindrops Says:
I signed up to filezoneworld and have nothing but good things to say about them i had some issues in torrenting as im fairly new to this and hope they do well also the freeleech is a help to my ratio .. ty

I appreciate the review but would like to add that while d/l speed is dependent on who uploaded that particular torrent…. MOST of the torrents are on seedboxes. and good uploaders are given seedbox access once they have proved themselves.
Thanks again fsf for the review, and i can’t wait to see how some other sites rate…lmao

I have to agree, TDS really should have gotten the thumbs up, Old Aradi Staff - thats always a plus, and a ton of their old Uploaders - ALWAYS Quality stuff. Plus my connection is almost maxxed out on the downloads! Thanks for the list, gonna check out a few more now! Heard about a few of them on a few sites, good to see some positive reviews - easier to pick which ones to sign up for!
Cheers!
69sofine Says:
Rapid Treggy is awesome! All the people talking shit about it are just haters. Don’t be fooled. Rapid has great content, awesome speeds, and a really cool staff. Mark my words, in a few months everyone will be begging for a RT invite. Get in while you can.
tregys crap Says:

You should probably rename it to T*S and remove the URL so only those join who appreciate the tracker, because you obviously don’t. (I really <3 T*S)
Thank you!
egghead0 Says:
Hi All,
Looking at this apparently all the staff/key members hate RapidTreggy.
All I can say is don’t believe all that you read and try it for yourselves.
We send about 2 emails a month, these are to advise what our prize is for donors this month, as we believe it is only fair to give something back to those who help keep the site alive.
Anyway, enjoy whichever site you choose and remember, this vast community is about sharing
cheers

Funny isnt it how all the ones slating us are within an hour of each other?
We dont ask for donations, our members enjoy our site and donate because they want the VIP access or to enter our prize draws, or simply because they love our site!
We make our site fun and involve our community that we have.
Take a look for yourselves.
reigndown Says:
I’ve been a member of RT for a couple months now and it’s pretty much the only tracker I use (and I’m a member at most all the high-level trackers). As 69SOFINE said, don’t be fooled by the haters. Rapid is a terrific tracker with TONS to offer. And come on, guys, RT isn’t the first nor the last to ask users for donations. No one is forcing you to donate, but if you do, believe me when I say the benefits are AMAZING! I love Rapid Treggy and you will too!
Kicker Says:
Here is http://www.speed.cd where you can find what you need i never ever seen tracker like this friendly and fast download, movies come faster then scene,
worth to try , i got 700MB file in less then 10 minute, that’s what i call wow and come here to share with others
i was seaching aXXo and find http://www.speed.cd which aXXo also uploading his movies ,
when i like it i bet you will love it,
bigguy79 Says:
right peeps im a mod on speed and i think our site is the number one site out there and all we ask for access to all our axxo torrents is a £10 donation per month now i think that this is a fair donation for what we deliver but i have also had a look at this http://rapidtreggy.com and they do have a sweet set up with scene access and top speed downloads so to everyone slatin them chill we all in this together and they got a kick ass site. it just as good as ours but theres is free.
DAVENET Says:
As Rapid Treggy’s #1 uploader, let me say that NOT A SINGLE ONE of my original torrent uploads (over 200) contain rars, fakes, or anything other than A10 V10 quality content that FAR surpasses aXXo’s quality. All of my movie torrents contain original content RIPed BY ME to the highest possible quality standards. Don’t believe me? Download ANY one of my RIPs to see what I am talking about. I stand behind every single one of them, all of which I might add, are seeded from a 100mbps server. (Incidentally, I upload two new torrents daily)
My former torrent home was mininova.org until the BRIEN trial, which led to the MPAA monitoring and reviewing all mininova content and traffic (presumably for purposes of future litigation). I selected RapidTreggy.com as my new home due to the fact that there are no ads/no spyware/no adware, a friendly staff, a snazzy interface, and a quickly growing user base.
For the record, while the site is entirely free, it IS supported by donations. Nobody is forced, pushed, or pestered into donating. Those that donate do so of their own volition due to their appreciation for the site. In return, those that donate are awarded with additional privileges. For the last two months, every donor has been submitted into a monthy prize draw. This has been a great way to attract and reward new donors, while at the same time keep the site free, friendly, and welcoming for everyone else who chooses to use it without donating.
-DAVENET

treggys is rubbish , the staff are power hungry knobs , the torrents are poor quality and theres no one to seed to after the download is finished so you gotta donate if you want to stay a member , the sites a complete waste of bandwidth in my opinion.
