While newly imposed OVH setup fees, bandwidth caps & shaping have
taken a toll on the seedbox scene, you wouldn’t know it from the number
of new seedbox “companies” that are vying for your torrent dollars.
Nearly two months have passed since we rounded up the latest seedbox
providers - let us present 12
13 new ones worth reporting about.
In this edition we’ve uncovered some interesting new sites/services, including one such provider that offers to build upload ratio/buffer on your private tracker accounts (simply give them a torrent file; they do the work for you). Also, we’ve found a private seedbox sharing community that teaches its members how to set up their own seedbox on a Linux OS. Additionally, there’s a provider that offers a 1 Gbit pipe with unlimited everything for just £20 (GPB) per month.
Note: FSF did not subscribe to any of the services listed below. These are not “reviews”, we’re merely interpreting what is being offered through their websites and via other sources.
Provider: [http://seedfor.me
]1 - Dead
BT Interface: not mentioned on site.
Plans: Shared & Dedicated (OVH reseller).
Connection: 25Mbit & 50 Mbit (shared seedboxes); 100 Mbit &
1Gbit (dedicated).
Price: Starting at **£15 - 20 GBP**
(shared); higher for dedicated.
Hard Drive Storage: 100 GB to 250 GB (shared seedboxes).
# of Torrents: 20 & 50 active torrents; dedis are unlimited.
# of User/Box: Shared seedboxes (2-3 max); dedicated (1 only).
Access To Files: unknown (assumed to be FTP).
Setup Time: 24 - 72 hours (as advertised on site).
Monthly Bandwidth Usage: 1 TB/mo - 1.5 TB/mo (for shared boxes).
Provider/Host: OVH.
**Watch out for:
** Setup fees on dedis (this is to be expected); monthly traffic limits on shared seedboxes.
About: SeedFor.Me is a classic example of how the trickle-down effect from OVH’s new policies is finally making it to the end user. Most seedbox providers that claim to offer “unlimited/unmetered” monthly bandwidth are likely not telling the truth; and at least SeedForMe is forthcoming about these limitations. They’re also OVH resellers with a variety of dedi boxes to choose from, but it’s unknown if these come ready-to-torrent or if buyers need to install a torrent client on their own.
**Buy Upload
: Feeling lazy? In addition to regular seedbox services, they also offer a unique “Buy Upload” system whereby users can purchase upload GBs on their favorite private trackers. Click the **BUY! button at this link to see how it all works.

Provider: http://blazinseedboxes.com
BT Interface: Deluge, uTorrent and TorrentFlux-b4rt.
Plans: Shared & Dedicated are available.
Connection: 100 Mbit & 1 Gbit.
Price: **$17/mo**
to **$100/mo**
(prices vary depending on selected BT client).
Hard Drive Storage: 25 GB to 250 GB.
# of Torrents: 4, 6 or 8.
# of User/Box: unknown.
Access To Files: FTP.
Setup Time: “All of our customers will have their seedboxes setup
within 12 hours of received payment. Setup time for dedicated servers
are from 24-72 hours.”
Monthly Bandwidth Usage: unmetered, unlimited.
Provider/Host: unknown.
**Watch out for:
** Expensive; small torrent limits on all non-dedicated plans.
**About
:** If the old adage is true that you get what you pay for, then you should be expecting a lot of quality bandwidth from this one. We’ve heard some good things about BlazinSeedboxes, although personally I avoid any service that offers exceptionally low active torrent limits such as on these plans. For $60 you’ll get a 1Gbit uTorrent seedbox with a smallish 100GB drive, and a paltry 4 allowable active torrents. Perhaps if they offered rTorrent as a client option (which they don’t) then they’d be able to increase the number of torrents.
Provider: http://pulsedmedia.com
BT Interface: rTorrent/ruTorrent. Transmission also available upon
request.
Plans: 3 Plans (all shared). Dedi-OVH also available.
Connection: 100 Mbit.
Price: **€10/mo**
- **€35/mo**
(Euros)
Hard Drive Storage: 115 GB, 230 GB & 460 GB.
# of Torrents: unlimited.
# of User/Box: 2, 4 & 8.
Access To Files: SSH + SFTP + SCP + FTP access.
Setup Time: “Delivery within a week”.
Monthly Bandwidth Usage: “100Mbps unmetered, unshaped,
uncapped!”***
**
Provider/Host: OVH.
Watch out for: Setup fees on
all shared plans (the fee is waived if opting for a 3 month contract or
longer).
About: Fairly decent value at PulsedMedia - here you’ll get 115GB storage with unlimited torrents for just 10 Euros. These are considered to be slices, and users are able to reboot their own rTorrent application through SSH (PuTTY). Servers come with ruTorrent GUI + rTorrent + irssi.
*- Yeah, right. It’s OVH, and likely all three. Not to single out just PulsedMedia; any OVH provider claiming to offer unlimited/unmetered on shared seedboxes is misleading their customers.
Provider: http://www.eliteseeders.comxa.com
BT Interface: uTorrent (VNC & WebUI).
Plans: 3 plans (for shared variety). OVH dedis also available.
Connection: 100 Mbit & 1 Gbit available.
Price: **$20/mo**
to **$30/mo**
for shared.
Hard Drive Storage: 100 GB - 250 GB.
# of Torrents: 14 to unlimited.
# of User/Box: just 2 or 4, depending on shared plan.
Access To Files: FTP, VNC
Setup Time: varies, depending on demand.
Monthly Bandwidth Usage: unlimited.
Provider/Host: OVH.
**Watch out for:
** Setup time may vary.
About: (aka “Elite Seeders”) - While their website is nothing great to look at just yet, this one’s being offered by an admin at TorrentInvite.com (view it here if you’re an existing member), so it’s safe to conclude that this is no scam. All shared seedboxes come with uTorrent (via VNC access and/or WebUI) as well as Firefox. We’d recommend their “shared server 2” which is just 2 users on the box, 250 GB storage and unlimited everything for $30/month.
Looking for something with a bigger port? There’s also a 1Gbit plan (comes with 700 GB storage and 4 users on a Xeon Quad 4x 2.83+ GHz w/ 8GB RAM) for $70 (for the first month) and $55/mo after that. As well, they also resell unmanaged OVH servers.
Provider: http://www.seedwave.net
BT Interface: uTorrent+WebUI, Deluge, Transmission, rTorrent.
Connection: 100 Mbit - 200 Mbit - 1 Gbit.
Price: **$18 - $31/mo**
.
Hard Drive Storage: 180 GB to 220 GB.
# of Torrents: unlimited.
# of User/Box: stats not mentioned.
Access: VNC, Fluxbox, FTP, Firefox, IRC, RAR, SSH,
Setup Time: not mentioned.
Monthly Bandwidth Usage: unmetered traffic, unlimited.
Provider/Host: OVH.
Watch out for: Torrent
limits on lower-end plans.
About: Firstly, Seedwave.net is not directly open to new customers (it’s a private seedbox sharing community). To get in you’ll either need to be invited or request an invitation through their IRC channel #SeedwaveInvites on p2p-network.net. Also worth noting; this is not for n00bs - if you’re interested about how to set up your own seedbox through Linux, then you’ve come to the right place. You will have to do it yourself; however, there are some great tutorials and even a very active forum where you can find the help you need. A full article/review about Seedwave is coming soon!
Provider: http://www.serverscene.com
BT Interface: rTorrent (ruTorrent GUI)
Plans: All are shared plans.

(for 100 Mbit plans); **£20 - £65/mo**
(for 1 Gbit).
Hard Drive Storage: 50 GB to 500 GB.
# of Torrents: unlimited on all accounts.
# of User/Box: 4 users (on 100 Mbit boxes); 5-6 users (on 1 Gbit
boxes).
Access To Files: FTP, SFTP.
Setup Time: “Setup within 48 hours”.
Monthly Bandwidth Usage: unlimited, unmetered.
Provider/Host: unknown.
**Watch out for:
** Nothing ill to report.
About: It’s no secret to why ServerScene has taken off like a bullet - just check out their unrivaled pricing on their 1 Gbit seedboxes: £20 (GPB) gets you 100 GB storage and unlimited torrents, with a maximum of just 6 users on the server. Can’t beat that! Even their 100 Mbit boxes are extremely affordable (and never oversold), and come with a max of 4 users on these boxes.
If anyone’s tested out ServerScene, please leave a comment below.

# of User/Box: 1 - 6.
Access To Files: FTP, HTTP.
Setup Time: “1 - 6 hours”.
Monthly Bandwidth Usage: not mentioned on site.
Provider/Host: unknown.
**Watch out for:
** Lack of detailed info on website; few visitors to site.
**About
:** If you’re looking for a seedbox provider with unlimited torrents, you’ll want avoid TornadoGet. Pricing is great, but the catch is that these are low-end seedboxes. All three plans have active torrent limits (3, 7 and 15) and the BT client/interface used is not mentioned. For what it’s worth, they have a free trial offer - we’d highly recommend that you at least test this out beforehand.
Provider: http://desiseedbox.com

** Not internationally known; no ‘user reviews’ found. Contact the owner before purchasing.
**About
:** Billed as the Internet’s first (and only) Desi/Indian seedbox provider, DesiSeedbox offers a hodgepodge of different plan options. What makes this one special is that Indians (especially minors) don’t require a PayPal account or credit card to get a seedbox, and payment can be made via a deposit directly to DesiSeedbox’s bank account.
Provider: http://www.iseedbox.net
BT Interface: TorrentFlux (b4rt?)

**About
:** We’ve heard absolutely nothing whatsoever about this provider - we recommend you contact them before purchasing. iSeedbox.net has a pretty good seedbox deal for $5 - users get a smallish 25GB storage, but it comes with 5 active torrents and unmetered bandwidth.
Provider: [http://www.just-seed.co.uk

Provider: http://www.dedicatedseedbox.net

**Watch out for:
** Active torrent limitations on all seedbox plans.
**About
:** DedicatedSeedbox offers affordable low-end to mid-range seedboxes with uTorrent only (TorrentFlux has now been discontinued). We’d recommend users to go with their premium plan which includes 7 active torrents & 50GB storage - and with the current 25% discount it’s just $15/month. As advertised, all plans come”10-day money back guarantee from time of billing”.
Provider: http://corong.com/torrentflux.html

# of User/Box: unknown.
Access To Files: HTTP or FTP, depending on plan.
Setup Time: unknown.
Monthly Bandwidth Usage: unmetered.
Provider/Host: unknown.
**Watch out for:
** Tiny disk space on 1 Gbit seedbox plans; only 1 active torrent allowed on 1 Gbit boxes (WTF?).
**About
:** Corong.com is better known as a hosting & dedicated server provider (reseller), rather than for seedboxes - and it shows. However, they offer a few solutions that run TorrentFlux, starting at just $1.50/month for 1 active torrent and 1 GB storage (what the hell are you gonna do with this, may we ask?!). There’s also a few torrent-friendly VPS packages starting at $20/month (see here) that offer a bit more storage.
Provider: http://getaseedbox.com
BT Interface: rTorrent (w/ ruTorrent).
Plans: Shared (no root)
Connection: 100 Mbit & 1 Gbit.
Price: **€7/week**
to **€28/mo**
(Euro) for 100Mbit; **€9/week**
to **€34/mo**
for 1Gbit

Monthly Bandwidth Usage: Upload throughput is metered on 1 Gbit
packages (download is always unlimited). 100 Mbit servers are
unmetered.
Provider/Host: OVH & Server.lu
**Watch out for:
** Nothing ill to report, although we haven’t tried them.
**About
:** GetASeedbox.com is a newer seedbox provider that offers unlimited torrents on (almost) all plans. There are two distinct sub-sections of seedbox packages here - traffic plans and unmetered plans. “Traffic
” are on a 1Gbps pipe (with just 4 or 5 total users) and these have upload limits of either 1.5GB & 2.5GB per month (download bandwidth is unmetered). “Unmetered
” have no UL/DL restrictions and it’s assumed these are hosted through Server.lu on 100Mbit lines. Read on.
**Our Recommendation
:** The decision to choose between 100mbps vs 1000mbps (unmetered vs. speed) is not always an easy one; here’s a typical conundrum for seedbox shoppers that isn’t just exclusive to GetASeedbox. For those who are looking for superior speeds (~30 MB/s transfer rate; with higher burst rates possible) should opt from their 1Gbit ”Traffic” line; but the drawback being these are subject to a metered monthly upload bandwidth limit. For these, we’d recommend going all-out for the **€34**
package since it allows for 2.5GB UL/month throughput. If “slow & steady” at the standard 100Mbit is just plain good enough, you’ll have the opportunity to thoroughly abuse the bandwidth with no imposed limit on ”Unmetered” - **€18/mo**
gets you 100GB storage, unlimited torrents & unmetered bandwidth.
SmilingCat Says:
In all honesty out of all the boxes I have tried Xirvik is the best.Seedfor.me looks interesting and unique.I am on savvyseed atm and its a good box too.Anyway nice article sharky.
SmilingCat Says:
Also if you have bunch of buddies its always better to buy a dedi box from ovh or seedhost.eu etc … its cheap and you get what you pay for
M Says:
how does seedforme work?
bl4cktiger Says:
at pulsemedia at their website is written
“Expected bandwidth 24×7 for small: 7+Mbps (2,7-3Tb)”
does that mean that if I buy the small packet there, I only get 7mbps?xd
RaVeN Says:
About pulsedmedia: It really IS unlimited bandwidth, hopefully they’ll clarify concerns. Only thing you have to be aware of is possibly long setup times, apart from that its all good.
Expected bandwidth is just some weird calculation they did, don’t worry about it. Its actually 100mbps shared with 8 people (similar to alot of other seedboxes out there)
donkey Says:
Anyway, it’s never unlimited as you always will be limited by speed:
if u ul @ 10Mb/s=1,2MB/s you won’t be able to do more than 3.1TB/month.
Anyway, pulsedmedia say that they can have uncapped servers from OVH.uk.
I Taught that the uncapped series ended up few month ago, but maybe it’s only when you order from the french website?
Anyway, it may not be the best time to order @ plusedmedia if you don’t want to waaait a long time…
Note to FSF team: would be interesting one day to do an article listing vps providers “seedbox friendly” (having some hdd space for cheap and that won’t kick your ass is they see that you seed).
LOL Says:
I don’t really give a crap about seedbox providers, but people that do might be interested in the ISP/Network details for the non-OVH providers…
p0x Says:
seedbox.fr gets you 100bg with 15 active torrents and unlimited data for 5 euros per month
I was their costumer fast set up and acess time , i do recommend to everyone
DOJ Says:
In your next report, can you please add payment options? I’m only interested in providers that allow for anonymous payment like UKash/PaySafeCards, or at least “shady” payment providers like WebMoney and Liberty Reserve.
donkey Says:
POX: what do you mean “active” torrents? If I have 50 torrents seeding but nobody download them, is it active or not?
donkey Says:
POX: crap, it’s 9 euros for 15 active torrents - and 3 euros for 3 torrents…
For this price, better to go somewhere else where you can have unlimited torrents
cloud Says:
Stay well away from pulsed media. I signed up for a seedbox with them and after a month of nothing I sent an email complaining only be told to fuck off.
Im currently having to go through a paypal dispute just to get my money back as they are refusing to refund it.
US2 Says:
Hey Sharky , you should check this: http://tracker-invites.us/showthread.php?t=8048
someone Says:
@cloud, I signed up for one of pulsed media’s 2010 plans two months ago and didn’t get anything like you but when I contacted them, they were so friendly and didn’t tell me to “fuck off” so I think maybe you had not used the right language. It’s just that the provider they used for those plans didn’t deliver what they had promised and are now refusing to refund their money so they now have to pay the unsatisfied customers from their own pockets.
Also pulsed media’s new 2009+ plans aren’t really unmetered but the upload limit is high enough even for 20 people so it can be called unmetered.
Visiting Says:
PulsedMedia is, afaik, in process of moving servers to USA as well. New plans, new speeds, nice prices.
If you’re seriously interested in a quote, open a ticket with them and negotiate your wishes.
RaVeN Says:
Just got invited to seedwave.net, god that was a long interview
user Says:
PulsedMedia is bad news. They promised quick setup, but after a month of delivering NOTHING I asked for a refund and they refused. Had to file a dispute with my credit card issuer to get my money back.
theoggler Says:
i have tried many seedbox companies in my time of torrenting, the best seedbox provider i have right now is the best one i have used, my seedbox was set up within 1 hour of payment
im getting brilliant speeds up and down for half the price of normal seedbox companies
the seedbox company i am with is http://serverscene.com
outstanding prices and outstanding sevice
Satisfied Says:
i got a box from http://www.serverscene.com and i havent looked back. My box was setup within 24 hours. always get great speeds and great customer service. I will always get my seedboxes from here and you should too. You wont be dissapointed
SeedboxFreak Says:
Hi,
If you want a good seedbox then dont go with any of the untrusted boxes above.. Try some of the companies that are trusted
such as
http://superseeder.eu/
Xirvik
and many more you all knwo the names. I know they may cost more but they are trusted and sure to work effectively
sK0Tt Says:
seedforme is run by etiv’s gang so you can expect good service
Kyle Says:
If anyone is wondering about http://www.iseedbox.net
It’s run by a 14 year old who got banned.
http://www.torrent-invites.com/seedboxs-hosting/52684-iseedbox-net-new-website-seedboxes.html
Don’t go with him. He got banned for dupe accounts i believe, and also ratio cheated at places. It’s all there via that link.
Unless your encouraging people to hand their money over to 14 year old? =P
Best of luck to everyone.
Pulsed Media Says:
Our boxes are really unmetered, and will be able to push way more than the puny 3Tb / 5Tb limit on regular OVH boxes.
Don’t believe me? Get an slice and see for yourself, good speeds all month long.
Thelen Says:
Actually you can still get unmetered series from ovh-hosting.fi which is where we get them from.
They are the low priority on transit offering, but they are indeed unlimited and we’ve done 20TB in a month without breaking a sweat.
As for the people complaining about long delivery times, well the site did specify ~3-4 weeks so apparently you just can’t read.
On the other side though, we do acknowledge problems with the provider we went with (DigiCube.fr) and are moving to move reliable hosting, OVH/FDC.
cloud Says:
Pulsed media had the following line in their initial announcement regarding their new servers falling through/
“All this has left us with no other choice than closing 2010 sales and issuing a refund 100% request for all servers.”
Strange how any customers requesting those refunds are being ignored and how that line has now been removed from the announcement.
They may have been screwed over by their server company but that does not excuse stealing from customers to pay for their mistakes.
ME Says:
Someone know if Seedforme buy upload is good?
Can i be banned for useing it or do the website’s accept it?
tcn31 Says:
seedbox.fr / seedbox.cc is the worst i have used yet , yes they are cheap but upload speeds are very slow as well as constant disconnects from the webui. Stay well away!
whitestag13 Says:
i have being using serverscene was on the 100mb ,great speed very very happpy,so as of yesterday i have moved up to the 1gbit line..speeds are awesome..very very happy with the service
babar Says:
cloud, i agree with you!
but i feel like they can’t get the refund from digicube and won’t have the “2009+” servers before a while. but who can say… will see!
………. AVOID PULSED MEDIA ………. Says:
A few days after ordering and giving my payment details to Pulsed Media, a stop was placed on my credit card. Apparently the jizz-swallowing arse bandits at Pulsed had tried to charge my card for £99.00 - four times! This raised a ‘fraud marker’.
STAY CLEAR of these bottom feeders.
mustangx Says:
Been with Provider: http://blazinseedboxes.com for months, no issues of any sort.. I have refereed at least 20 friends there and they have all thanked me. As far as the limits of 4 6 or 8 go, it’s only common sense you’d want a few seeding anyway so they seed at better speeds to the community. Need more active torrents ? get multiple plans lol.
PurgatoryPriest Says:
So far, so great with http://www.EpicServers.org. Its been 10 months and the service on my 1TB dedi has been excellent. Always fast and reliable. Highly recommended. Thanks for the updates sharky. - PP
Clint Says:
Don’t touch Seedboxhosting.com. Despite heralding their customer service, I received zero customer support for the whole month I was with them (when there were problems); they never answered my (polite) correspondence; they didn’t provide the promised amount of memory; and the time you’re alloted starts from when you pay rather than when the seedbox is actually available.
On their home page they promise a full refund if not happy but since they totally ignored all my correspondence I got nothing back.
Shockingly bad experience.
Warez Search Says:
Nice article sharky.
and its useful for me as I was searching for a new provider
Thanks
John Says:

James Says:
iseedbox.net updated their plans since this article was posted. (More disk space) And just-seed.co.uk is down since the article was posted.
Thelen Says:
………. AVOID PULSED MEDIA .
why are you lying? We don’t even see your credit card details, it goes all via paypal. If anything, blame paypal for fucking it up. We couldn’t charge you a cent more even if we wanted to, paypal is 100% in control of anything to do with your credit card.
Perhaps stop posting shit.
@cloud, I’d like to see the ticket in which you have asked for a refund and been ignored. Post a screenshot if you want. Otherwise stop making shit up.
Pulsed Media Says:
Hi,
As a response to these inflammatory claims:
* We have issued refund so far to any one without service requesting it
* We do not handle credit cards: Paypal & Moneybookers do. We cannot even attempt to charge multiple times.
* We are a registered company: We follow all laws and regulations exactly. We do not condone fraud, scamming or other non-ethical tasks. Don’t believe me? Join our IRC channel or open a support ticket.
* Yes, we are overwhelmed with work right now, but we are doing best we can under these circumstances.
* We have even received life threats etc. from couple people not happy with the 2010 ordeal: I suspect these inflammatory remarks have been done by the very same person.
* We have NOT removed anything from our announcements. “All this has left us with no other choice than closing 2010 sales and issuing a refund 100% request for all servers.” has been taken out of context completely, and is still in the announcement at http://pulsedmedia.com/clients/announcements.php?id=15
Full paragraph is: “All this has left us with no other choice than closing 2010 sales and issuing a refund 100% request for all servers. All users will be migrated to 2009+ plans and this should be rather swift operation once 2010 ordeal is summed up. 2009+ is based on OVH and was partly designed to replace faulty 2010.”. Which efficiently means: We are parting our ways from 2010 provider, and migrating users to 2009+ automatically.
* 2009+ features more HDD, less users per server.
These inflammatory remarks i think are made by the very same person who started threatening our life when he couldn’t skip the setup queue and get service NOW, instead when it is his turn. This same person opened immediately also a claim with paypal claiming all kinds of inflammatory things.
Whenever we get a refund request within a reasonable timeframe, we have only asked to reconsider, and if refund is still wanted we have issued refund asap. This despite the fact that 2009+ migration is costing us more than revenue was for 2010, and a lot of money being stuck at 2010 provider, we’ve met the refund requests swiftly.
Every 2009+ account holder is very happy with their service, happy about the speeds, happy about the value for money, and posting us screenshots about it, how happy they are with it.
We got badly struck with 2010 provider, but we are sticking to it, and not running away with the remainder of 2010 revenue. We are keeping our promises despite it costing us dearly, and providing excellent customer service despite having to manage a lot of things at once.
Pulsed Media Says:
As for this charging multiple times:
We do not accept £ as payment (all are made in €, invoices have AUD or USD for convenience). We do not have merchant gateway: so we cannot charge multiple times the same payment. We use only paypal & moneybookers so it’s completely bogus.
None of our services cost 99£ as well. We use euro exclusively on the payment gateways, so all payments are converted to euro when making the payment.
Prices are displayed in 3 currencies: USD, AUD, EURO within our client portal, and then converted to Euro for payment.
I think he has maybe confused companies?
Pulsed Media Says:
I read with time the remarks of CLOUD, USER and “Avoid pulsed media”. It is now very very clear this is the same person threatening our life. Also only person ever to make a paypal claim about us, and he did it as soon as possible. And the bought service is a very small fraction of what 99£ would be in Euros.
This is so unnecessary drama it’s unbelievable. All he had to do is just ask for refund (via e-mail to billing -at- pulsed) and we would have issued it swiftly for him, instead he insisted on going to claim as fast as PP allows.

i donated 5euro to test it out.. im on day 2 of 3 waiting to see if my ratio is going to change or not. their site does say up to 72hrs. I will post back to let people know
User Says:
Pulsed Media is lying, plain and simple. I politely requested a refund due to service not being provided, and they refused. And I am not the same person as any of the other posters here. And if you look at this Whirlpool forum thread you’ll see there are several other users there (none of whom are me) with the exact same complaint, and Thelen (aka Pulsed Media, aka Custom Seedbox) basically tells them tough luck:

BABAR Says:
I believe you thelen, and i don’t plan to ask a refund and will wait to see when i get my 2009+ and how it’s working. I’ll keep you guys informed if i get scammed or not.
I think that Thelen is doing his best but has too much work (queue of new customers + people stuck on non-working 2010 servers…)
Good luck buddy!
MrNrg Says:
The support of DesiSeedbox is so poor that they dont even reply to my email which i sent to them just to ask some questions before buying. It seems that they are not taking their business seriously. If you dont want to waste your money than stay away from them.
anto Says:
even if Thelen is doing is best, my crappy box isn’t working and i’m still waiting for my 2009+…
Bland Says:
As MRNRG said, stay away from desiseedbox. Sent a mail to them one week before. (Thats right on March 18th after this article came up) Still have not got any reply or acknowledgement regarding that.
Happycustomer Says:
Just like to let you all know http://superseeder.eu/ have added truly unlimited plans, i had there old plans which were awesome but these are likely to be even better with unlimited bandwidth. There is support is good to not just the plans.. I can get an answer normally within an hour.. if not faster .. I recommend you grab one while you can
Avinash Ahuja Says:
@ MrNrg and @Bland : I am Avinash, the person behind Desiseedbox. I am sorry that it took some time for me to reply to your emails. I have stopped providing seedboxes as I was not able to handle the large volumes of order I was getting, single handedly (being a student). I am working on an automated solution and will be back
Redards.
Recepient Says:
Have to disagree with USER!
I recently asked Thelen for a refund and it was in my paypal account within 24 hours, no issues whatsoever.
Mick Says:
Hi There is a big list of new and old providers on http://www.seedboxlist.com if anybody is interested
Avinash Ahuja Says:
*Regards (not Redards)
howdy-do Says:
LMFAO seedboxlist…
Wanna make your site unique? Do your own stuff and write your own reviews, maybee pay for the services and come up with your own content. You’ll get no cred for copy/pasting from others who do the real work.
auone Says:
Best Seedbox company would be Diskoverload
Corbin Says:
I personally recommend PulsedMedia.com. I have been using them for less than a month and have hit multiple TBs in both DL and UL in that time
PulsedMedia provides good servers…and a cheap one for only 13 USD a month (115GB, 256 MB, 100mbit)
link…

Allie Says:
Do not go with rapidpeer.com. Won’t reply to my emails, server not working, cancel all “help” tickets and are just plain rubbish.
I don’t know who to go to

TornadoGet now offers new plans! Check it out http://www.tornadoget.com !

I’ve been with http://www.seednet.eu for over a year, they’re brilliant and the support is great too:
Traffic 7199.73 GB Unlimited
Thats my uploaded data in the last two weeks
Thelen Says:
It is funny all these providers starting up, just when OVH is messing with their network the most. There are a few major providers coming into the market soon, including Google, so soon USA hosting will be an option, muuuch better than OVH and their shitty peering causing 1-5KB/s FTP speeds to some customers.
nall Says:
STAY AWAY FROM TORNADOGET.
Had the seedbox for a week, then it went offline, and been so for 3 days.
The support wont answer…dont waste ur money on them
cheers
Mohamed Says:
i would like to say although there are a lot of positive comments about
http://serverscene.com/
during the past 4 going into the 5th day my server has been and apperntly will be on limited speed imposed by the provider (OHV) the guy who owns the site, hasnt contacted me in 2 days and a half, i sent him a few messges and no answer, i think the server ran out of bandwidth and he seems like denying it, until now i am giving him the benefit of the doubt until he contacts me and i see the speed back and running,
and i still have around 6 days and for my month to finish and 5 days are gone …. for this incident i am just hopping that this gets fixed soon and the bump passed….
but when there was bandwidth available there was speed though
Dan Says:
Get a weekly or monthly seedbox @ http://superseeder.eu
No 12 month subscription. Box prices start at $11 USD
Fast speeds & 24/7 irc help. Servers hosted in europe so speeds are guarenteed.
Crazysky Says:
Hello,
i’ve ordered on “GetASeedbox.com”, the website just crash since i’ve send my money -_-
I’m waiting 24hours and after i will ask for a payback
About seedbox.fr
- Nice upload (max 9mB/sec)
- nice download (max 10mB/sec)
- Very bad FTP download : 600kB/sec
- Support AFK.
ElPuppo Says:
Been testing Serverscene for 6 month now. The service is great, just great, it works perfectly well. DL and UL speed are incredible. This is a real great service. And not expensive !
Only problem : they have technical issues quite often, and have to reboot/reinstall your service from time to time. I’d say they had to clean my entire datas almost once a month since the beginning. I was sympathetic at first, but now i’m just fed up, and going to change my seedbox provider.
zksakd Says:
will try to add also http://www.rapidleechhosting.net/ #1 seed box
iSeedBox Sux Says:
Name: iSeedBox.net
Speed: 100mbps - DOWN is OK | UP is AWFULL (seems capped)
Support: Very very bad. Takes too long to respond and with useless responses.
GUI: torrentflux-br4t
Speed of GUI: VERY BAD - Takes several minutes to do whatever action you do, refresh is normal.
Package: Starter - 25GB
Price: $5
Overall rating: 1/10 - AVOID!
NOTE: In my case a few torrents got stuck at a moment the server load was very high… (GT5 came out and there are 22 users in server!!!) i could not delete or stop the torrents but they were not downloading… They just stayed there occupying 3 slots… Avoid this, the service is really bad! I regret the $5 i paid.
