We’re a bit late on coming out with this article on New Trackers for May 2010, but better late than never. There’s some amazing stuff to report about - including 3 new HD/Video trackers; 2 new Pr0n trackers; and an assortment of general trackers (some you’ll want to steer clear of for reasons given; and some that are worth signing up at). As well, there’s a keen new forum aimed towards developers, coders & owners looking to share secrets and tracker sourcecodes and mods.
HD & Video Trackers…

DepthsOfPerversion (DoP) went public back on April 20th, but registration was open a few weeks in advance of their launch date. At that time all new users were credited with a generous 50GB upload, but it’s unknown what (if anything) new signups now receive. For the rest, we’ll quote their official launch intro — ”Depths of Perversion is a new tracker dedicated to providing quality uploads from internal encoding groups such as ~iLL~ and ESiR. The staff is reliable and experienced within the torrent community. Ratio rules are relaxed, which will allow you to pick and choose from a wide variety of HD material without punishment. The atmosphere and rules at DoP are chill. We’d like to let the site grow at its own pace instead of forcing the site to be the next huge tracker. We aim to be an easy going community and a place to socialize. DoP offers an IRC channel, forums, and an image board. In addition, the site has a hand styled Dolce & Gabbana theme with pedobear undertones.” At present DoP lists 1,625 members and 140 torrents.
Our prediction — One thing conclusive about HD releases is that P2P always trumps scene; hardcore HD fans smartly don’t bother with scene HD stuff. Simply put - P2P groups can take their sweet time without the internal bullshit of the “race” to put together quality releases. However, the hard part is finding loyal & skilled encoders willing to do the work. Loyal being the keyword here - Wiki recently left HDChina; Eureka moves around like a Gypsy; even ostracized “groups” such as JDilla87 are trying to find greener pastures outside of HDBits, and has now settled on DoP. What does all this mean? That the biggest egos in BitTorrent are HD encoders. We’ve even had trackers created specifically around a single encoder, something that rarely ever turns out well. Can DoP find bonafide success among HD trackers? Who knows.

- — Signup Link: http://world-in-hd.net/signup.php
World-In-HD has been around for just over six weeks and indexes 240 active torrents - not bad for a full-blown HD tracker where torrents are quite large. While French-based, there’s an option to change the language to English on the site - and most torrents offer both dual-lang EN/FR audio options which are hardcoded into the MKV/x264 in the releases. Primarily movie-based, there’s scads of obscure content to be found from group GAÏA - and all new members receive 20GB upload credit upon signup.
Our prediction — There are at least three things working in this site’s favour - 1.) Both the tracker and the site are using a proper certified SSL cert (https) by default - 2.) Everything is hosted on seedboxes, at least what we could see. - 3.) Each release contains a ton of extra info (IMDb & other links, codecs/resolution/bitrate, screenshots etc).
- — Category: Video, TV & HD Codebase: TBDev
- — Signup Link: www.sendthatshit.org/signup.php
SendThatShit is strictly a video-only tracker (films, mvids, TV, anime, adult, DVDR, HD). Online since April 12th or thereabouts, STS already lists 544 torrents and 390 registered members. Signups are now open, new members receive 2GB upload credit although everything is currently freeleech.
Our prediction — Aside from a ton of content coming into SendThatShit, the browse page is displayed in an advanced view - something that members of CN and Wunza will be able to relate to (users can disable this feature in their profile to show a traditional listing of torrents).
- — Category: General Codebase: TBDev
- — Signup Link: http://www.thescn.net/signup.php
Online for about two weeks now, TheScn.net (aka TheScene) is a stylish new RO/ENG tracker that already indexes an impressive 457 torrents and 287 members. Everything on site is currently tagged as freeleech; and better still - all torrents are seedbox hosted.
Our prediction — It’s always tough to predict a successful future for a new Romanian/English tracker - simply put, there so many other great sites already in existence (iplay.ro, lasttorrents.org, torrentbits.ro, bitshock.org - to name just four). While TheScn is indeed sleek - coding is based mostly on a stock TBDev with few discernible differences to make this one leap out and say “You need to Join Me!”. Good effort on the part of staff to add heaps of content quickly, and pretimes aren’t horrible either. Also noteworthy - it’s perhaps the first tracker we’ve stumbled upon that offers a “Delete Account” option in the user profile.
Read “TheScn” above. FeelTorrents.ro is a Romanian tracker that lists 398 torrents (258 are active) & 641 registered members since coming online sometime in the middle of April.
- — Category: Games & Movies Codebase: TS-SE v7.0
- — Signup: http://tcdownloads.com/signup.php?
TCDownloads is a new tracker (opened on April 10th) using TS-SE 7.0 sourcecode, lists 320 torrents (with game ISOs, and movies in both scene and non-scene, as well as other general stuff). All new members receive 5GB upload credit (which you might need, since there are very few ‘junk torrents’ on this one).
Our prediction — Pretimes at TCDownloads indeed appear impressive as they possess multiple devoted uploaders. This one ain’t just some kid in a basement with a friend or two - while TS-SE trackers can often find great success as niche trackers, they tend to be overlooked as good ‘general’ trackers - but try telling that to 15+ staffers and an untold # of members here. DL speeds were amazing in our tests - almost everything is seedbox hosted on both 1-and 2-seed torrents, and these are clearly marked with a “web-seeded” icon on the browse page.
- — Category: General/Scene Codebase: TBDev
- — Signup Link: You’ll find it.
SceneZone opened on 21-04-2010 and is a sister site of OnlyDVDs.org. Already there’s 4,234 registered members and 801 torrents (but just 560 are active on the browse page). (Tip - there are no DVDR’s at SceneZone; hence the connection to OnlyDVDs).
Our prediction — SceneZone is off to a decent beginning: tracker is easy to browse; pretimes are quite good; site employs seedboxes to host content; lots of new torrents daily - all of which are either ’scene’ or in some cases ‘P2P group’ releases.
- — Category: General Codebase: Who Cares
- — Signup Link: http://www.demunoid.com/register/
Demunoid officially launched on 03-26-2010 and currently indexes 1,175 torrents and over 3,000 members. You won’t find either of these stats on their index or browse pages, though. Why not? Naturally because they’re overly concerned with member security. That’s also why they have no forums & no staff link. Anonymity is crucial, dontcha know?!
Our prediction — Aside from the obvious reason for their choice of domain name (ie - to catch 13yr olds who don’t know how to spell Demonoid); and a not-so-blatant shameless attempt to ride on the coattails of the real Demonoid - there just so happens to be other striking similarities between this Demunoid and the real McCoy. For instance - just like The Demon, this one doesn’t use passkeys in the torrents (therefore, if you download their torrents to a seedbox you won’t get any UL credit (we tried) - unless you’re fortunate enough to log in to the tracker from the box). It’s fair to conclude you’ll be able to upload their torrents to the rest of the world using public torrent indexers; although we’re not sure why anyone would bother doing this since Demonoid’s torrents are so rampantly available on any torrent indexing site. And DHT, PEX and LPD are enabled by default (see below) which is not done by mistake.
…and then there’s the unique “Torrent Tracked By Demunoid.txt” text file accompanied with the torrents:
just find a bit of following and probably *gasp* even become somewhat successful in doing so. Why? Simply because Demonoid.com isn’t perpetually open for signups. What the BT world doesn’t need is another semi-private tracker pretending to be something it isn’t. A step up from Demunoid (and even Demonoid) would be TorrentDay - a “real” private tracker that never closes registration (oh yeah, that’s way more secure). Don’t get me started on that, though.
- — Category: Adult (Latin America) Codebase: TS-SE v6.3
- — Signup: http://hunterbtsex.com/signup.php?
HunterBtSex is the brand-new adult spinoff site from the popular Latin America tracker HunterBT.com. BTSex was in beta for more than a month before deciding to open registration publicly just a couple of weeks ago. Stats: 293 members & 90 active torrents. All new members receive 15GB upload credit upon signup.
Our Prediction — The site is Spanish, but Pr0n is universal. Most of the torrents are scene releases anyways, and English users won’t have much difficulty in navigating the site. While BTSex is still shy on content (just 90 torrents), everything appears to be seedbox-hosted.
- — Category: Adult (Scene/P2P) Codebase: TS-SE v7.0
- — Signup: http://cherrytorrents.com/signup.php?
CherryTorrents - gotta love the name - is a new adult tracker that launched back in the first week of April. Like most Pr0n trackers, nearly everything is scene (XviDs, siterips) plus there’s a healthy selection of freeleech torrents which includes huge packs.
Our prediction — Check out their shoutbox on the main page; loads of activity from these demented, depraved members & staff. It’s like if STN ran a Pr0N tracker (if you get what I mean). It would seem everything is hosted on seedboxes, and there’s even the option to use their HTTPS tracker.
- — Category: General/Scene (Nordic) Codebase: TBDev (SweDVDR)
- — Signup: http://www.vikingene.net/freesignup.php
Vikingene is a newer Norwegian tracker using the original SweDVDR sourcecode; index page lists 1,522 members and 1,033 active torrents.
Our prediction — While considered to be a general tracker, DVDRs (mostly PAL format) and adult releases tend to make up for about half of the torrents. Other than that, there’s little else of use here for the English crowd.
- — Category: General (Hungary) Codebase: TBDev
- — Signup: http://resurrection.biz/signup.php
Online since the middle of March, Ressurrection.biz lists 223 active torrents. Member count sits in at 4,500 - although you wouldn’t know it despite the obvious lack of activity here. Considered ‘general’, this one’s mostly about XviD releases with Hungarian hardcoded audio, and thus there’s no appeal to international/English torrenters.
Our prediction — Hungary has some amazing trackers, and Resurrection isn’t one of them (at least not yet). Nice layout though - members can browse releases by way of posters.
- — Category: General (Slovenia) Codebase: TS-SE
- — Signup: http://mojtorrent.com/signup.php?
Online since March, tracker stats at MojTorrent consist of 1,723 members and 532 torrents (524 active with 1,032 seeders). Decent activity & good DL speeds on the torrents.
Our prediction — It’s difficult to figure out a theme to the content at MojTorrent - there’s all sorts of junk such as crappy MP3 packs, small apps, adult releases & other stuff that has absolutely nothing to do with Slovenian/Croatian torrents.
http://turbo-tt.gotdns.com — A new German anti-leech tracker; lists just 27 torrents. All new signups receive 28GB upload credit.
http://seedfreaks.info — 192 members and 168 torrents (with just 132 seeds throughout) on this TS-SE v7 tracker. All signs point to this one dying a quick death…
http://hdtorrents.it — Brand-new Italian HD tracker, but nothing yet going on here.
http://shipwreck.me — Public torrents, avoid like the Titanic.
http://126.96.36.199 (throwndown.net) — Torrents for unreleased music from the band Fleetwood Mac.
http://www.scenextra.com — Neat name, but just 1 torrent and 11 members.
http://listentorap.ro — Been offline for at least a week, if not longer. No clue to what’s going on with this one, but probably not much.
http://ultratorrents.com — Not sure exactly when this one came online, but it’s an adult indexer of public torrents using public trackers only. So yeah - it’s freeleech and ratio-free, but then again so is IsoHunt. FuckBits.com is another “adult torrent index site” using nothing but public trackers/torrents.
http://t-v-torrents.com — Will the real TVTorrents.com please stand up? Obviously this is a quick attempt to launch another *yawn* lame TV tracker with a URL that’s curiously close to the real deal. Site now appears to be offline (good riddance).
http://freeleech.eu — The name speaks a thousand words - you won’t need to sign up to download torrents here (public tracker).
http://www.filebag.org — There should be a certain degree of disconcertment associated to any self-claimed ‘private’ tracker that allows the public to view their torrents, as is the case with Latvian-based FileBag.org. Homepage stats suggest 845 torrents, but the browse page confirms just 110 are active - which, of course, you’ll be able to verify for yourself without ever signing up, and so will MAFIAA. To praise to the old adage, “If at first you don’t succeed; try, try again” - according to FileBag this is their 8th version. For a software release this would be appreciated, even anticipated — but on a private tracker this has failure written all over it.
** http://forum.kidvision.me — After signing up at KidVision.me about a month ago, it was assumed to be a torrent tracker that seemed to be stuck in ‘beta’. Actually, KidVision is a new discussion forum for tracker developers (sourcecodes, templates, themes, mods & graphics) - a quick comparison would be to BVList.com. Lots of new stuff going on here; including custom mods & even KV’s own BitTorrent code/theme - it’s definitely a site worth checking out for devs & aspiring tracker owners.
Good info, thanx… cherrytorrents looks good
Us HD internal encoders might have the biggest egos, but a lot of hard work goes into ensuring that releases are transparent to the source (or not if you’re Rabomil), include all the proper streams, and are fine-tuned for maximum compatibility for playback. I could list all the settings in x264 that we have to change for every encode, but I think that would fall on deaf ears. Bottom line: the ego/drama that comes out of HD encoding is a byproduct of the intense, passionate work that videophiles like me put in to ensuring every encode is as high-quality as possible without wasting filesize. It’s fun to sit back and criticize the antics of certain groups, but you have to appreciate the work ethic of HD encode groups.
By the way, there is no such thing as a P2P encode group (not sure if anybody releases through Limewire). It’s internal groups (usually internal on one tracker) vice scene groups.
thescn.net is down already
well, i can’t be arsed to sign up to an HD tracker, cos every decent tv tracker (TVT, BTN, STR) and movie tracker (PTP, TC, PTN) tend to have all the HD releases as well.
i spose i can see the market for them though, in the same way that FLAC trackers get popularity.
A couple of good ones there, thanks
demunoid.com?? lol what a fucken failure!
STS (Sendthatshit) looks promising, nice layout
Give updated trackers.tlist file with these new trackers please
Torrentday.com owns all of them.
All above trackers sucks, specialy demunoid looooooooooooooooool
why call a tracker kidvision which has nowt to do with kids TV or cartoons?!
Taco Bell lol Says:
Felix, that really says something about how shitty these trackers are than.
Well, a lot of not-so-serious trackers this month too, although that didn’t come as a surprise.
CherryTorrents was the only one worth considering, perhaps also ’sendthatshit’ - looks like it might be a fun project. A lot of them does not exactly give me the impression of being serious… And were there a few attempts to namefake other torrentsites?
A personal opinion would be to leave out the sites that obviously are junk/bullshit and focusing on sites that might come in handy for people. An idea, no offense.
Well, nontheless thank you for giving a rats ass about finding the new sites and letting people know about them.
Well, you certainly missed one of the biggest debut in private tracker scene. The new tracker HDNEW attracted over 10,000 members in its first 24 hours of opening. The No.1 uploader uploaded over 2TB in less than 2 days. Not bad for a new tracker, eh?
Cherrytorrent.com is good send that shit not to bad torrentday has open reg all the time might as well be public site and HDNEW is in Chinese so who the hell cares about that last one lmao
Torrentday.com owns all of them.
Is that some kind of joke?
Torrentday display false seeder/leecher stats, try and find an odd amount of seeders, you wont, the seeder amounts are always an even number because they are fake.
I know there was already and article on it but I was really hoping to see GazelleGames on this list Simply to see sharky’s predictions for it as they are often quite accurate. O well..
we are a brand new site only just opened so why not come say hi and have a look see what we have its mainly karaoke but we also have some music packs
http://karaoke-world.co.uk missed the link from above
and HD/HQ tracker that is nearing a year old and doing pretty good, not HD-bits, but fun community with still great speeds
I have joined http://torrentspot.org its a really new tracker with plenty of potential to expand I am helping them upload right now to help them get going so please stop by sign up and give them a shot
Good Torrent Tracker : http://www.FileBag.org
Cherrytorrents is the place to find lots of quality porn that usually is connected to seedboxes, so your download time is extremely fast. Cherrytorrents also has a shout box that staff welcomes all fellow perves to engage in. Also worth mentioning is that keping a good ration on this site is very easiy. Again Cherrytorrents is a winner hands down.
Can you update info about hdtorrents.it
I am owner
Yep I have to agree http://www.cherrytorrents.com for the win!!!!!!!!!!!!
http://www.scenextra.com is really http://www.scenedemon.com/ and they suck they make you buy there seedbox to download there internal torrents. But you get external torrents for free. They need to shut that shit ass site down.
http://www.xblade-scene.org Brand new torrent site looking for staff and uploaders to help site grow fast
to quote “192 members and 168 torrents (with just 132 seeds throughout) on this TS-SE v7 tracker. All signs point to this one dying a quick death…”
Sorry to say, we have not died yet. Slowly but surely, as the tortoise said to the hare. We have outlasted a few sites which started at the same time.
The figures are not ground breaking but come and have another look. Join up, mention filesharefreak, pm dry201 and I will give an extra 10GB upload credit and 500 bonus points. You have nothing to loose and you may even like what you see
