To continue on with the list of new trackers for August (part deux), here are a few others that made an entry. For the most part there’s no rhyme or reason to these; it’s a bit of a mixed bag of new sites that were simply not included in the last list. As promised we’ve included tracker updates from our July Edition; some have failed miserably while others have prospered. Enjoy the read!
Being that there are just too many new trackers to report about in this August 2010 Edition, we’ve been forced to break it down into two separate articles. Here we present 12 new sites; most of which are considered general and/or content-specific trackers. Ratings for these are more than fair, although we’ve yet to cover some of the newer niche sites that have recently launched. We’ll dig deeper into this in Part II, and we’ll include a bonus: realtime updated stats from trackers which were included in the previous July Edition.
These monthly editions of ‘new tracker’ articles take a considerable amount of effort to write, let alone research. Not that FSF has a problem with that. From a writing perspective it’s generally more enjoyable to expose new trackers that are movers & shakers; sites that are going places. Naturally not all months are the same - June 2010 is mostly a forgettable month. Having said that, we’re pleased to report a handful of new BT startups that are golden - and well, we slam the rest.
In this June 2010 edition, we’re excited to present some really good fresh trackers (really!) that joined into the madness of the BT scene. We’ve discovered two new speedy ’scene/0sec’ trackers (MAT & DarkAlliance), as well as some excellent ‘niche’ sites (karaoke music; comic books; games) and even a couple of new adult trackers.
Instead of schlocking out tiny individual articles that pertain to obscurish news tidbits from your favorite (and not-so favorite) private trackers, we figured it would make for a more enjoyable read to roll ‘em all together into one main monthly format. Without further ado, here’s our inaugural edition to recap the world of private trackers, torrent forums & anything else we could scrounge up.
We’re a bit late on coming out with this article on New Trackers for May 2010, but better late than never. There’s some amazing stuff to report about - including 3 new HD/Video trackers; 2 new Pr0n trackers; and an assortment of general trackers (some you’ll want to steer clear of for reasons given; and some that are worth signing up at). As well, there’s a keen new forum aimed towards developers, coders & owners looking to share secrets and tracker sourcecodes and mods.
Quality over quantity - in this month’s new trackers article we’ve found at least 10 promising trackers worthy of signing up at. Seedzone is an impressive new ’scene’ tracker; Mobile.us pertains to all-things mobile/phone related; PornoPlus is a newer adult ’scene’ tracker; i-Console is a tracker dedicated to games of all types.
Compared to last month’s list of mostly-forgettable duds, this edition of new trackers contains a few pleasant surprises. New sites include: 3 new HD trackers; 2 music trackers; 2 niche trackers; and of course, some RO/EN trackers that you’ll probably want to avoid.
2010 is barely six weeks old and there’s already a ton of tracker activity on the BitTorrent scene. Here’s our latest assortment of new trackers, most of which have surfaced just this year. Some of these are great; some are so-so; and of course, some you’ll just want to downright avoid altogether.
Well, it’s that time again to voice our opinion on the latest trackers that have hit the BitTorrent scene during the past month or so. If anything can be said for 2009, at least half of all new trackers die off within a year - but we’ve got some real winners here, including; four new music trackers, a new adult tracker and even three baby Gazelles which are relatively unknown.
